Stayed here for my companies Christmas do which was at Towcester Races. Made to feel really welcome. Rooms great with comfortable bed and great ensuite. Breakfast so good I'd stay there again just for that. Thoroughly recommend. 

Fantastic 

well what a little gem we travelled to tow towcester for a friends party in a local pub although they did rooms we wanted a bit nice place and we got it we were greeted by Karen on arrival who showed us about we had a lovely room at the back over looking the garden very nice room with shower double sinks nice bed just right for a night away in the morning we went for breakfast which was freshly cooked by Pete and was lovely one of the best we have  had all in all a lovely guest house run by lovely couple if we go to towcester agin we will be booking highcroft house again

great find

I stop here from time to time and nothing is too much trouble for the owners. The rooms are spacious and full of character and the location is dead on the high street.
Breakfast is first class and a very high standard. A coffee cafetière is always in the room with a couple of sachets of fresh coffee, a nice touch.

Very comfortable small hotel

Stayed here a few times and it is always a good experience. The rooms are very well appointed, decorated to very high standard. Paul and Karen are really friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to stay with. Breakfast is really good with lots of fresh fruit and really great scrambled eggs. The garden to the rear is accessible and is a pleasant little oasis. 

Parking is in the free of charge public car park just around the corner.

It is also really handy (within two minutes walk) of all of the decent restaurants and pubs in Towcester town centre.

Only downside is that the rooms at the front of the house are affected by noise from the passing traffic but I usually book the room at eth rear of eth house and that is much quieter.

Simply lovely

Karen and Peter were very helpful. Very central, pubs and restaurants just a short walk.
Breakfast, was super, with a good choice, although we stuck to full English.
Lovely old building, complete with sloping floor in our room. Our room was above the main road through Towcester with heavy traffic continuously rolling through which was very noisy. Ask for a room at the back, if they have them!
