A lovely B&B experience with spectacular views! There is much history here, and Caro was very welcoming.  She does a good job. We will return when in the area.
The room was very clean, the shower was hot and quite powerful, the bed comfortable and the towels  fluffy. 
Good breakfast. Free parking.

We spent two nights in the spacious family room of this huge Victorian hall which some will consider old fashioned but we loved its slightly quirky old country house style. The owner, Caro, an author, painter and gardener, greeted us with a pot of tea and biscuits and was extremely attentive to all our needs including cooking us a full English breakfast with cereals and fruit. The views from the bedrooms are wonderful and the garden is very large and lovely to walk all around. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in the area.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Greenham Hall. Very easy to find thanks to a clear sign at the end of the drive.  Very comfotable room and an inredibly friendly and welcoming host.  Excellent cooked breakfast and lovely grounds to walk off that breakfast.  Would certainly stay again when next in the area. 

Bright friendly welcome with  tea and biscuits. The gardens are extensive and lots to interest. The house feels like a medieval manor although is C19 Tudor revival. The bedroom had everything needed and mercifully no television, was clean and welcoming. Al in all a lovely stay with a lovely host.

Lovely massive property, a major part of a stately home. Lots of period features!

if you are thinking of booking here don't delay idealistic setting and a lovely host cara. nothing is too much trouble for this lovely lady she is so friendly and helpful and full of information about the area. the rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped tea making etc, the garden is fabulous and so peaceful. thank you for making so welcome and you will be seeing us again.

We had a failed camping trip so only booked two hours before our arrival. Our host made us feel welcome and was very helpful. A beautiful house and very comfortable accommodation. We felt rested and relaxed. 

Really taken care of whilst staying here. Caro is a lovely host and makes you feel very welcome in her home. She has taken all the necessary precautions to comply with Covid and the house is very spacious to enable social distancing. Beautiful views of countryside. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Fantastic family  run hotel with so much character. Our host was so helpful approchable, and great to talk to. Breakfast was exactly what I ordered
We would recommend this place ,and hope to return in 2020.

Excellent staycation

This is a beautiful location and Caro is a brilliant hostess - nothing is too much trouble.

The building is delightful and the grand hallway magnificent - a really beautiful Grade 2 Listed Building with charm.

The accommodation was good quality and the facilities well prepared for our visit.

Breakfasts were brilliant as we were able to chat to other guests and Caro dished up delicious food.

I want to return soon - it was so enjoyable.

Fantastic - just fantastic!

Victorian b&b house elegantly and comfortable furnished. Very peaceful and seems miles from nowhere but just five minutes off a main road.  Wonderful views over the valley and gardens  to wake up to in the morning.  Web site we booked on did not make clear no evening meals provided but there are a couple of pubs only 5/10 minutesdrive  away
