I stayed in the apartment of a beautifully converted Edwardian villa and everything was perfect !
I was in Norwich to collect a new motorcycle and the owner did everything to make my stay memorable and I just wish all B&Bs could be run like this !
Well done indeed.

I thought I was just getting a room. I actually got an annexe or a self contained flat. I had my own front door, bathroom, lounge, kitchen & bedroom.
Fantastic. My hosts were great too. Free wifi, free parking, food in the fridge and the cupboards, so I could make something to eat.

This is a lovely and quiet little retreat, just far enough out of town to escape the hustle and bustle of the city but a nice walk to the local river side public house, 2 minute walk from a fantastic local Indian restaurant, first class. The guest house is first class, lovely decor and the bed is so comfortable, breakfast is first class the couple that own/run it are very helpful and accommodating, my wife and I stopped here for a weekend get away it really did recharge our batteries, we would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Beautifully restored Victorian house, welcoming and gracious hosts, excellent breakfast and pretty, comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Off road parking facilities. Quiet location and convenient for buses to town centre.

Thanks Andrew and Jeannie for two comfortable nights b&b. Hill house is spotless, beautifully kept and well run. Our room "bear" was lovely with large bathroom including both bath and shower. Breakfast was freshly prepared and generous. With a following wind we'll be back next year. 

I stayed here for two nights whilst visiting family. What a lovely place! So much attention to detail. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar and two china mugs in the room plus the added bonus of 4 chocolate digestives which were replaced the following day! Comfortable bed which I didn't want to leave in the mornings! It was like being at home, so cosy, warm and nicely done. This may sound odd, but there is a lovely scent about the place! Whether this is just the result of storing lots of guest soaps, I'm not sure, but it was so nice to walk into. It really felt like coming home when I came back in the evenings. Super fast WiFi and the code was written down in my room so I didn't even have to ask. Hairdryer, soaps, shampoo, shower caps, cotton wool balls, plastic cups individually wrapped in the bathroom and a huge, beautifully soft towel too. Friendly host and nice breakfast. Just perfect and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm next in Norwich!

Despite being on the corner of a main road, our room was quiet. It was a good size for two people and there was plenty of bedding. The excellent breakfast was freshly cooked. Parking was easy and there was a bus route right outside the door to the middle of town.(The rail station is also on the route to town.) Would definitely stay there again.

The couple who run this are very helpful and a mini tourist office, full of information. The bed room was clean, bright and airy with an en-suite shower. The breakfast foods are basic but quite fulfilling

This B&B is very well located for visits to Norwich with regular buses and much better than taking the car. There are local pubs, an Indian and not far away a large Sainsbury’s. 

I would not hesitate to return
