107 reviewsA little bit belated review from when we last stayed at Woodlands Farm for four nights, after speaking with Paul Callin the owner told us the review we promised, and copied to him and duly posted, had not appeared on the review site. Attending the Osmotherley Agricultural Show we only had a few hundred yards to walk from Woodlands, the address of which is in Thimbleby, a mile or so from Osmotherley across the fields, maybe Trip Advisor should address this anonymity as Woodlands offers an accomodation package and location, not found in the various hostleries in its neighbour Osmotherley, From my previous review earlier in the year we regard the quality of the accomodation at Woodlands as being one of a kind, enhanced by the greeting and attention of the management. We recommend that any discerning traveller, wanting a base in North Yorkshire, close to Thirsk, not the mention the renowned Race Course, and Northallerton, and the unlimited opportunities for walking we consider to be one of our favourite places.
