Really good stay with friendly and helpful staff throughout the week. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and sensible heating. Bathroom was great and was quiet which was a big help. Would go back and recommend, alongside the pub next door, great service!

Arriving at the Premier inn north Swindon I was expected by Fay a really kind and very professional Laidy who is always on it whatever you need 
The rooms need immediate refurbishment but the staff is 5 star always helpful and Fay makes your arrival way better then enywhere

Great hotel, exceptional staff, who can't do enough for you.
J'naya, who was on reception on arrival, was once again professional and very courteous. Really polite, and helpful, excellent customer service skills.

Great room, very clean, comfy bed, decent bedding,decent WiFi great for road connections, having said that there is no road noise in the bedrooms.stayed here a few times , always happy to come back.

This premier is very easy to get too. There is ample parking and the rooms were clean and tidy. But what set this hotel apart from others were the staff. We have been twice now and each time the staff were amazing. Friendly chatty and happy to help. The last time we were given a pack of biscuits and hot cholcate and when we got to our room we had a lovely little note and more biscuits. We stay in alot of premier and this has by far been the best. We will be returning!

Had a great stay overnight and breakfast . Used before and never any faults Friendly staff good food and room clean and warm which you can control . Comfortable bed ,helpful staff and  lovely breakfast which is of good quality and good value 

I went to my room and noticed the plug socket was not near the bed and as I need to use a machine at night I had to go and borrow a lead from the reception and they were happy to lend me it and they were happy to.lend me it

Loved the hospitality of the staff as I needed it to smooth as I had a long business day and had a long business day ahead the next day. So was thankful for the hospitality of the hotel and staff. The location was also ideal for where I had to be the next day.

My son and partner stayed for a few nights over Christmas - location therefore important. This hotel is only a couple of miles away - convenient, friendly, peaceful and staff friendly. We had used it before for this purpose and knew it worked really well.

Fantastic!

Room was comfortable and clean. No air conditioning though so warm at night when weather is warm. Breakfast selection was good but food quality not great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Enjoyed the stay, staff excellent were very friendly and helpful likewise in the pub next door who offered good food and drinks. Breakfast was very good each morning,

This Premier Inn is very welcoming, central and a fab place to rest your head - the staff are great and a credit to the chain
