Lovely B&B with modern clean rooms. We stayed in the Purbeck Suite which is located on the front of the B&B and is a good sized room with en-suite bathroom (large walk in shower, whb and toilet with plenty of room). The room has a comfortable King-sized bed, plenty of storage for clothes, smart tv, kettle with tea and coffee for drinks. There is also a small fridge to keep the milk fresh and a hair drier. There is a good choice for breakfast, and in common with many B&B's you place your order the night before. Breakfast is taken in the comfortable modern dining room on the ground floor. The B&B is well located, but like many is on one of the secondary roads in Swanage, which does mean that traffic could be an issue at busy times of the year. There is some limited private parking which is a bonus. We would certainly recommend this to others
