Fantastic stay
Room was spotlessly clean and Claire was very friendly. Breakfast was so tasty and I would definitely recommend this B &B 
For a solo traveler Claire made me feel very welcome 
Location is great across the road to the steam train and a few minutes walk to the town

We've stayed here twice now and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The guesthouse is immaculate and beautifully presented throughout. Location is ideal with the beach, train station and town centre all within walking distance. On entry there is a little sign which reads "enter as strangers, leave as friends". This couldn't be more true.

Had a lovely weekend break with my wife at this guest house...Lovely place...warm and friendly welcome from Claire....who knows all the best places to go!....spotlessly clean...comfy bed....lovely breakfast in our room...super shower....couldnt have asked for more!...and CoCo the spaniel is just adorable!...you will want to smuggle her out with you!!

It was lovely to come back here after finding this B and B last year!  We had such a warm welcome from Claire and  it was very very comfortable.  It's also a great location to the centre of the town and the beach and has parking on site. Claire has a lot of local knowledge and for example recommended Kingston Lacy National Trust property to us on a rainy day! And what a find! 

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Robertsbrook last year, so it was so good to come back this year and stay once again at this lovely B&B.

We had a nice warm welcome from Claire, and it was so kind of her to offer us drinks too after our long car journey.
It's situated in a very convenient place in the heart of the town, with the steam railway nearby and a very handy Co-op just across the road - though still feels quiet and away from any hustle & bustle.

Once again our room was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay, including a TV, hair dryer and fridge, which was so useful.

The decor is tasteful, the bed very comfy, and the whole place very clean and well-looked after.
There's also parking on-site - and all this comes at a very reasonable price.

We really loved our stay, and can't wait to come back next time we're in Swanage!

Not the first time my family has stayed here but Excellent as usual. Fantastic guest house, clean, affordable, local and friendly. What more could you ask for. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. A little gem in a perfect resort 

So clean, so friendly, so helpful well situated right by coop and station Clare was lovely and welcoming with a drink and local knowledge 
Quiet and comfortable if a small room (fine for solo travel) and perfect for those on SW coast path 
Didn't stay for breakfast as I wanted an early start

The owner was very welcoming and nothing was any trouble. We had the compact double room which was just perfect for us. It had a small ensuite but had complimentary toiletries. The hospitality tray was filled every morning and you could ask for more if required. There was also a good sized fridge in the room. A continental breakfast is served to your room each morning. There is a nice sized lounge with a television if you wish to use it. It is situated across from the steam railway, and a short walk to the town centre and beach, but it is in a quiet location. Will definitely book again.

A small but pleasant and comfortable room with en suite facilities, serviced swiftly and surreptitiously in the morning. Easy access to sea front and town activities; advice offered about the best places to eat and drink too. And, cherry on top, a beautiful little dog<3

Beautiful room (5) very clean with en suit all be it on the 3rd floor but worth  the climb. Great choice of breakfast arrived to our room in a box great idea. Very friendly nothing was too much trouble for Chris who went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

I stayed just one night a the Robertsbrook guest house arriving in the dark and leaving in the dark early the next morning. It cost me £75 for my room (no breakfast as I left so early). It is located a 1-minute walk to the local Co-op and two minutes from the railway station, and four minutes to the beach by foot. There was ample free car parking and inside I was warmly greeted by Clare and immediately offered a cup of tea and biscuits.  There is a guest lounge where you could sit or work. My bedroom was a reasonable size with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe space, a fridge, desk for working good internet, a flat screen TV, bedside lights, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities, and a tiny shower/bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean and well looked after.  Much was new.  I liked the place and would stay again.

Great place, great location and very welcoming. 

Very welcoming and helpful host. Everything that you need. Great coffee and continental breakfast (basic English available too) Clean and given the central location quiet- church bell ringing Wed eve quite soothing. Close to good places to eat such as the Black Swan. Free parking at rear. Good WiFi and shower / WC fine. Fridge in some rooms. Recommended.

Lovely guesthouse in a great location. Room spacious and comfortable. Had a great nights sleep as lovely and quiet. En suite facilities clean with a lovely shower. 
Fridge in room which was very useful. Tea and coffee facilities, mugs rather than small cups! Wine glasses were a nice touch. Breakfast in a box a nice touch delivered to the room, although we could have opted for the guest lounge. 
Walking distance to bars, eatery’s and sea front. 
My only negative is that no cooked breakfast or toast! However, bacon or sausage baguettes were lovely and filled us up all day.
The all important question- would we stay there again? Absolutely yes!

Great B&B

We have just got back from a 3 night stay. I chose this guest house due to reviews, location and parking. The location was great 5 to 10 mins to seafront and shops, pubs etc. Ideal! We managed to park when we arrived and were able to explore the town before checking in later. We didn’t realise breakfast was continental and delivered to your room, which could have been down to my research. However the owner was very accommodating and laid the guest room table for us to eat there. Parties and sausage baguettes filled us up for the day. We also got to share the table for two mornings with a lovely couple from The USA who were over visiting 
. We had some lovely chats which added to the different type of breakfast we’d  normally experience in guest houses or B&Bs. We also picked up a lovely tip from the owner about a quirky pub called Square and Compass! What a find for tasty pasties, cakes and local beers with a great view. Rooms were very comfy and adequate. Although I did miss a mirror in the room but managed with the bathroom one. Good tea and coffee facilities and practical bathroom with good shower. In all a good choice for location, comfort and parking. Definitely recommend.

Great location, comfortable stay with onsite parking

We stayed here for one night during our road trip and the service was definitely the best of the 2 week holiday. Greeted by Claire with an offer of drinks and biscuits in the beautifully decorated front room, we felt at ease immediately. We had a compact room which was perfectly acceptable in every way with a ensuite bathroom and lots of tea, coffee making facilities. We had not booked breakfast before we travelled but Claire gave us the choice if we had changed our minds. The choice for breakfast was superb. There is off street parking which is monitored so no one gets blocked in. Situated a very short walk from the centre of Swanage, this accommodation was perfect for us in every way. Thank you
