The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were very helpful especially Hayley willing to help me get around as I had a foot injury. The food was great and hit the spot.

Stayed here previously, & wouldn't stay anywhere else in Stevenage.  
Hotel is reasonable priced but it's not about that, it's the staff that make it.leeann & her team go above & beyond & are always friendly & checking everything is OK with your stay. 
Hayley is an absolute asset to the hotel.what a lovely,chatty friendly girl she is,a star 🌟.  Thank you for a lovely stay & il be visiting again in the near future. X

The whole experience was brilliant but it was every single member of staff that went above and beyond that made it brilliant

Pleasant staff upon arrival. No task or question was too much for the staff here. Especially Alec who seemed to go above and beyond to really make my stay memorable. The food in the evening was on a slightly different menu to usual but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Would definitely return.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it was just as I had expected. Clean comfortable with pleasant staff and a good quality cooed breakfast. The location is great too. I will definitely stay again. 

We stay in Stevenage frequently to visit our son and have previously stayed elsewhere however we decided to make a change and so very glad we did. The staff were very welcoming. The room was a good size and the bed was so comfortable that we actually slept well. We will be back.

We used our room as we were attending a wedding in Stevenage, the location was a 5-10 minute walk from the town and the registry office where we were going, it was also very close to the train and bus station and a leisure park 

Second time here in the space of a few months. Long stay this time, for me at least. 

Nothing changed in respect of the rooms. They could do with a lick of paint but other than that, it's pretty standard.

I just wanted to say thanks to the staff for making my stay such a pleasant one. In particular, Andrew, Ellis and Georgie. Also the two ladies who did the breakfast service, whose names I didn't get.

It's  not easy being a female away on business on her own. But all the staff, not just those mentioned, were so welcoming and really looked after me.

Food was also still up to scratch, think I went through pretty much the full menu! Didn't have a single bad meal.

So, all in all, another nice stay no more than 10 minute walk from my place of work.

Stayed here previously and recommend it. Rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Good selection for breakfast, well worth the extra money. Will stay here again next time I visit. 

We arrived on Christmas Day evening.   The staff were very welcoming and greeted us beautifully with Merry Christmas and a glass of Prosecco.   They were professional, friendly and made our stay brilliant.      The room was up to Premier Inn's usual exacting standards, clean, vibrant and comfortable.

Friendly hotel.

Another great stay

we always enjoy our stay at this site. the staff are friendly. the accommodation clean. 
only a minor issue due to the short staff thus time a room wasn't ready, but we were issued both keys, could drop our things in the room that was ready so we didn't have to return until we wanted to. its a shame as a family of 5 we need 2 rooms and they aren't adjoining. 
we always enjoy the breakfast, the children can order hot, from the continental bar, or both and eat free. it gives them freedom to choose.
