We stayed at the Kandi Lodge at separate intervals through the summer, the rooms were modern, comfortable and well equipped. Our host was friendly and very helpful and on our return arranged for us to stay for a reduced price having stayed with her before. Most rooms are ensuite and have a Tv and there is a common room for socialising and making hot drinks and snacks. 

Great price and would highly recommend. Easy to spot too!

Rooms were amazing, had all the basics, wasnt expecting a TV to be honest. Amazong hosts! Thank you for an amazing stay! Deffo coming back! Bacon sandwich for £2 is a bonus aswell! Plus your only a short walk from all the pubs, restaurants and attractions! 

I stayed here for a holiday recently with my teenage son , the owners were lovely & very helpful & friendly. The room was modern & very clean. It is very close to everything in Newquay , you can get to shops, resteraunts & the beach just by a 5 minute walk down the road. I really enjoyed my stay here & would stay again :)

Stayed here for a four day weekend with some girlfriends, the location is perfect it's central to the town centre, had shops within a few minute walk. The blonde woman who greeted us was lovely and very accommodating for us, she even advised us on good bars nearby. The rooms were fit for purpose, bed, tv, sink, bathroom, bedside table, and plug sockets, and they were clean!! 
Was very easy to come and go at anytime time, even after hours, and the wifi connection was excellent. 
Will definitely stay next year again! 

Had a one night stay in this establishment which was largely very good. I was met on arrival by the proprietor who was friendly and welcoming, and shown to my room. The room was clean and well decorated, perfectly large enough for just me, with a nice comfy bed and a decent shower en suite.
Whilst there was some external noise, I heard nothing from inside the building at any time. 
My only real negative thought was in relation to the curtains in the bedroom which were woefully thin meaning by 5am light was pouring into the room. Not ideal, which is a shame because everything else was spot on!
