My wife and I stayed for 1 night whilst walking the Great Glen Way. The room was really nice, hosts were great and breakfast fabulous would definitely stay again.

Very welcoming hosts with Simon driving to pick us up from the rain despite being 90 minutes before check-in. Rooms were quiet and comfortable with all the amenities of a fabulous B&B. 
Breakfast was very organized with very little delay. 
Very hospitable hosts who provided a very warm welcome.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The ground-floor rooms were very convenient and the facilities throughout the property were excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. Breakfast was a real highlight – you could choose between a full cooked option or a continental plate with cold cuts and a fresh croissant, both absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the first moment. I also really appreciated the multi-socket outlet in the room, perfect for charging phones and iPads at the same time. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Coire Glas for 2 nights while walking the East Highland Way.  Upon arrival we were met with a warm welcome by Simon and Morven, which was greatly appreciated after a long day walking. Morven kindly showed us around and told us everything we needed to know for our stay. We had a beautiful room on the Front of the house overlooking the Nevis Range, with a seating area and a small fridge. Our was was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect for our stay.
Breakfast was preordered, the selection was great and I was thrilled to be able to choose a continental breakfast, which was delicious. My partner had the Scottish breakfast on thoroughly enjoyed it.
Simon also did our transfers for the first 2 stages of our walk.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend Coire Glas to anyone looking for a place to stay in Spean Bridge.

A wonderful stay at this charming B&B. The staff was courteous and accommodating. We were served a wonderful breakfast and we enjoyed relaxing in the charming common area. We stayed in the family room and it was perfect. I was sad we were only there one night. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, clean, quiet, thoughtfully laid out, lovely hosts

Our host Simon was wonderful. Breakfast was served the next morning and he made dinner reservations for us a the nearby restaurant the Station where we enjoyed a wonderful meal and drinks. The views from the B7B were fabulous.

Owners were delightful and very organized. We were met promptly upon arrival and shown to our room.  Then given a tour of dining room and lounge area.Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. We would recommend the Coire Glas Guesthouse to all travelers in the area.

Excellent B&B

What a lovely place to stay, nice and clean with everything that you could wish for. Si and Mel were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was first class with many options. Ideal location for sight seeing and exploring the area. If they would have us back again after the banter we had, we would definitely stay here again in the future.Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, Steve and Karen 🙂

What a great little find.  A great little bed and breakfast nestled close to town, so cute.  The owner is very knowledgeable and gave us many tips on what to do and how to do it.  That was so helpful.  The place was very quiet and very clean these are three of my favorite things, friendliness, cleanliness, and quietness.  We had all 3 with this place.  Thanks for hosting us Simon!!  (Tip contact them directly for booking as you will save yourself some cash!)

Had a very enjoyable stay here on our first stop as we embarked on the Great Glen Way. The hosts were very welcoming and kindly collected us from Gairlochy as planned. Rooms were modern, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Nice little local touches in the room too, such as regional soaps/shower gel. 

Breakfast was also excellent. I am quite fussy with coffee in general but here it was very good, no need to worry.

Excellent B&B - don't hesitate to book

Simon and Morven are fabulous hosts.  They clearly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and welcoming.  The breakfasts are fresh, and the choice is fantastic. Bedrooms are spotless as is the lounge and breakfast room.  We booked 5 rooms for our large family and another at the very last minute.  Morven was super accommodating to fit us all in.  We had the fastest check in with Simon as we had a taxi waiting.  He was so patient and explained everything to us at super speed!  Lastly, we met Morvens Dad - What a lovely gentleman with a brilliant outlook on life.    Whoever stays here and offers less than 5 ⭐️ needs to take a reality check.  Thanks again for your hospitality.  

Fabulous stay 

We loved staying here - even though it was just for one night. Wishing we could have extended our time in the area just so that we could have stayed longer at Coire Glas. Simon & Morven are wonderful. Even though we're pretty sure the B&B was 100% booked, it was VERY quiet there - so peaceful. 

The best part was sitting out on the back patio after dinner. It was a cool, slightly drizzly evening, but we hauled out the ginormous (and very soft) blankets provided in the room - and got cozy on a bench out back. The perfect place to sip hot cocoa or a glass of wine, read your book, and take in the lush surroundings! Simon even joined us outside for a brief chat which we really enjoyed.

Breakfast was wonderful - I opted for cereal, scrambled eggs & smoked salmon on toast, coffee, and orange juice. The perfect amount of food to keep us going through the morning's activities.

Morven is the one who checked us in, and she was very kind about providing local restaurant recommendations in the Spean Bridge area. She'll even try to make a reservation for you if possible! But - we opted for lochside dining on Loch Lochy at the Lochside Brasserie (located in the Whispering Pine Lodge, about a 20-minute drive from Coire Glas). Highly recommend it especially if you luck out on sunny weather - they have a phenomenal deck RIGHT on the loch.

Cozy B&B Experience!

A very pleasant stay at this delightful privately run B&B, which is homely, comfortable and well run, with an amazing outlook towards Ben Nevis.  Morven and Simon, the proprietors gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful throughout our stay.  Our bedroom was small but comfortable, clean and well stocked with all essential requisites.  There is also a spacious lounge area with various comfy chairs and tables for the use of guests to relax in, as well as a lovely patio and garden area.  

We were asked our menu choices for breakfast the evening before and to choose our preferred time slot, as Morven and Simon like to ensure that the breakfast timings are staggered to ensure that guests are served in a timely manner and that no-one feels rushed.  The food was well prepared and nicely presented, with good-sized portions.  We would certainly recommend a stay at Coire Glas.

A comfortable stay in a lovely location

Stayed here on our first night walking the Great Glen Way.  Although we chose to walk it from Gairlochy to Spean Bridge (I wanted to see the Commando Monument up close) we were offered a lift from Simon for our return journey the next day which was greatly appreciated!

Cosy room with all the amenities we could need, and a delicious smoked salmon and scrambled egg for breakfast.  Perfect start to our trip.

Great Glen Way stopover

We spent 2 days with Simon and Morven while walking the Great Glen Way and Wow what a stay we had. Definitely the best accommodation on our route!!! Accommodation was amazing with all the nice little touches that made you feel at home, food was first class which included dietary requirements being catered for very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them, thank you again Simon and Morven for a wonderful stay.
