We had a fantastic 3 night stay at harford en-suit rooms 
There's every thing you need the property is lovely our room was just awesome lovely comfortable bed great shower plus a gorgeous roll top bath the place was spotless we thoroughly enjoyed our time here
Wendy the owner is lovely and obviously works bloody hard at this 
We enjoyed a few little chats with her and her dog Arthur 🐕 nothing us too much trouble 
Wouldn't hesitate staying here again the new forest was brilliant sailing one day with lunch over to the isle of Wight 
Visits to Brockenhurst Lyndhurst bucklers hard 
And Lymington just down the road an excellent few days away

Loved it. The room was clean and comfortable. Very well equipped, ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, good size fridge, tea, coffee, cereals and water supplied. 
Well decorated. Felt very homely.
Wendy was so helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome.
Well located and great value.
We even got to stay an extra night 😊

We were doing a days sailing at the local marina. This accommodation was a perfect base. The standard of the accommodation was excellent, the owner had thought of everything. There was breakfast facilities, a really comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. 
I would absolutely recommend.

My family stayed in the large family room in October 21.
The room was spotless (we are not easy to please!) and the in room facilities such as fridge, kettle were really helpful.
Our host Wendy was very proactive and helpful with our questions before and during our stay.
We would be happy to return again

I stayed two nights on either side of riding the Gridiron cycle in the New Forest. The place was easy to find, spotlessly clean and well equipped, exactly as described. The owner, We dy, could not have been more helpful. She communicated well and clearly, obviously wanted her guests to have the best stay. Brliant.

What a lovely place to stay, perfect base for exploring the new forest . Wendy the owner is so so lovely and can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. This is our 2nd visit this year and we are definitely heading back again.

Bed and all  furnishings top drawer. Fully contained with Microwave and all other accessories. Very clean. Like being being home from home. Perfect  location for trips to the New Forest etc. Parking a bonus. In short, as a seasoned traveller, this has to be up there with the best accommodation I have stayed at. Well done Wendy!!

My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful 4 night break in this delightful guesthouse. We had the top room which was beautifully furnished in a shabby chic/boutique style. It had a large comfortable bed, en-suite shower room, all mod cons and fully stocked with fridge, microwave, kettle etc and breakfast supplies included. There was slight road noise but that didn’t bother us. It is a 20 minute walk into the beautiful town of Lymington and a 5 minute walk to a lovely pub. 
Wendy had thought of everything and kept in contact via text throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. With free parking right outside and set in a lovely environment, we would highly recommend this guesthouse and will definitely stay here again when we return to the New Forest.

2nd time staying here and was as excellent as the first. Accom and en suite spotless. Everything requested for breakfast was there - croissants, bread, butter, milk, jams/marmalade, unlimited supply of tea, coffee and sugar. Sufficient crockery and cutlery provided. Fridge, toaster and microwave very useful. Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy. Hope to revisit next year.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay here. Our room was super-clean, nicely decorated with some lovely and thoughtful touches. Wendy kept in contact throughout and was an example of exactly what a host should be. No issues with parking, lovely hot shower, large and comfortable bed and short walk into town. Throw in the beauty of the area generally and this was quite easily one of the best places we have stayed. Great value for money. Oh, and Arthur the dog is great as well!

Delightful Guesthouse

Superb

Short stay for work near Lymington

Had a lovely time in the New Forest. This was the perfect accommodation for our family of 4. Well appointed and immaculately clean. Wendy was the perfect hostess and couldn’t do enough for us.
Breakfast and amenities were great although if you have such facilities, a sink in the kitchen would have been preferred rather than using the bathroom!  Other than that (and slightly too firm pillows for our liking), we couldn’t fault it.
Slightly out of town but only a 20 min walk and lots of nice pubs etc nearby which Wendy was happy to recommend.
If like us the kids need their own space too rather than just one room, this is perfect for you!


Great stay

Perfect location with bonus parking on site. Wendy is a delightful and thoughtful host. Venue is spotlessly clean, high quality fixtures and fittings with ample well placed electric sockets. Full size toiletries, good quality bedding and towels.  Already planning to return soon with my husband. This time was a  ‘me time’ break!
