We stayed here as a little get away and couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming stay. The new owners have done a fab job of the refurb and made our stay perfect. Having escaped from the little ones for the weekend we loved the quietness of the rooms and I can’t forget to mention Nicolas breakfast 🍳. Highly recommend for anyone coming to visit skeg with its great parking and closeness to the main strip. We will be back!

Stayed for four nights B&B, good welcome from owner given key with metal tag that's got lock number on for bedroom, easy to see and use. Stated in a single room that was spacious, plenty of drawers and hanging space. Bed comfy, toilet and shower spotless. Small tv on wall, tea and coffee provided. WiFi was strong signal through out the hotel. You get a choice of what you want at breakfast, I omitted some items didn't want too much, there's toast with good choice of jams, pastries, cereals and fruit juice, tea or coffee. A good hotel couldn't fault it, in quiet position not far from beach, boating lake just bit farther up road town, all easy reach walk.

Lovely hotel,got speaking to the owners very interesting people,they actually bought this hotel outwrite selling very rare antiques!very clever people,how they acquired such valubles is a mystery,saying that aint seen the male owner since thursday,told me he was off to luton and hasent been seen since!i hope the hotel hes staying in is a good as this!i also hope he has time to write a review,im sure he will have plenty of time

Gary & Sarah made as extremely welcome nothing was to much trouble for them, 
breakfasts was brilliant and there knowledge of Skegness was excellent. We  would definitely recommend and stay with them again

Staying  at present   this guesthouse  is is very clean and tidy,  good breakfast to start your day ,really cheerfull helpful  hosts who can't do enough  for you ,good off street carparking  ,well done to you and your staff during these  trying times your covid  methods  are first class .

Myself & my partner ( Jamie & Michelle) have stayed at this hotel before, hence why we have returned & will continue to do so in the future.
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the sea front & Skegness town centre.
We have always been greeted with a warm welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean & the rooms have everything you need.
During the COVID-19 period precautionary measures have been put in place & work well. 
Please be mindful as a guest & help this family run business out. Basically if you don’t need clean towels & clean bedding every day then let the owners know. Also if you only drink tea & just need milk & sugar then let them know, as a lot of things have to be thrown away due to COVID-19.
We will definitely be returning in the future & wouldn’t even look to say anywhere else apart from here in the Skegness area.

My wife and  I visited Skegness for a few days for our anniversary.
We booked 4 nights at the Ivernia and  this included a great breakfast. 
On our arrival were welcomed by a friendly host who explained the changes due to covid 19. He also advised us on local restaurants for evening meals (all good)
Our room (room 3) on the ground floor was a good size and clean and tidy with a tv,  tea and coffee making facilities.
It's only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the town centre or the beach.
We enjoyed our stay so much we asked if we could extend our stay by one night.
Which the host managed to arrange even though it was short notice.
It was so good we have booked our return already for next year.


My first time staying in B&B. Arrived to a very pleasant and very clean B&B. Sarah was very welcoming with a lovely smile. 
The room was very clean with all amenities fresh towels, coffee, tea, sugar and so on. 
Fresh towels in the morning with top up refreshments. 
Breakfast was amazing 😉 didn’t even have to wait no more than 5 minutes. 
Literally a stones throw from all the sights. 
Will definitely recommend and we will definitely try and get in here again when we come back. ☺️

Stayed here for 2 nights in room 10.we were able to park on the drive when we arrived and were greeted by the host who was friendly . Our room was lovely and comfortable and very clean, it had everything we needed ie iron and board, kettle,hair dryer and even phone charging sockets.  The shower room was clean and the shower was hot and powerful.  We were given a list to choose what we wanted for breakfast each evening. Breakfast was between 8 -9.30 each morning . The dining room was well layed out with tea, coffee and juices. Endless toast as well as full English as ordered and very nice it was to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we would stay here again. It's a short walk from the clock tower in skegness centre. 

Fantastic place It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable breakfast is excellent and it’s not too far to the centre the only downside of this hotel  is you cannot stop for one night That’s the only downfall to this hotel I would definitely recommend

Blooming marvellous  - 5* to the new owners

this was a weekend away with family and friends which was a party of 9, check in was nice and quick, owner sarah was a delightful down to earth lady who was right up our street, room 7 was allocated to me ,which was very spacious for a single room,my only criticism was the bed could do with a new mattress ,but this was the only thing that i would mark down , the breakfast was superb (£5) there was a burst water main on our second day ,so bottled water was supplied until the water was turned back on,all in all i would recommend the ivernia and we have booked up for next year,

My husband and I stayed here with other family for 4 nights and we had a lovely stay. The B&B was lovely and clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The owner Sarah could not have been more helpful and had even arranged mobility scooters for my in laws. The breakfast was very good and nothing was too much trouble. My only complaint is that the mattress on our bed was a bit lumpy but this could be resolved with a mattress topper. Otherwise we had a great time and we loved the little mini bar in the lounge! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ivernia Hotel is not your standard skegness hotel .
Its a modern super clean hotel as good as it gets !!!!
It was a last min booking and a very lucky one ,
on a busy bank holiday weekend ..
i checked by Gary very friendly and helpful , i was give my room key room 6 ,
The room was very large and modern twin room , super clean ,and lovely and warm .
As is the whole hotel .... 4 star hotel should be 5 !
The en-suite was spotless the shower was powerfully and red hot . 
Quality towels provided , also shower gel shampoo and conditioner. 
A great selection of teas coffees hot chocolates biscuits etc etc you wont run out !
All the staff were polite friendly and helpful ..
Breakfast was top quality too , 10/10

i stay in lots of hotels b&b's etc all over the uk , 
And im very glad to say the ivernia hotel skegness 
has to be one of the best i've ever stayed in !
