366 reviewsStayed at the Kildare for two nights in April. Such a wonderful little b and b. The host was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We arrived on the Friday and he greeted us at the door, took our bags and showed us the breakfast area. Then showed us our room on the top floor. The room was spotless, bed very comfy. Lots of storage and an en-suite toilet and sink, shower was across the hall but didn’t bother us at all. The tv was nice a big and lots of plugs in the room. It took us about ten minutes to walk into town for food and drinks so ideal location to just park the car up and enjoy walking all weekend, Slept very well both nights. No noise. The breakfast was lovely lots of choice and good quality, the host lets you help yourself to the hot breakfast which is really nice so you can eat as little or much as you like with your full English. Lots of other choices too. He was very helpful when asking for directions and things to do etc. we wanted a nice Indian meal and he even went and printed off some information for us. Overall I would highly recommend it here. We have re booked for the reggae festival in June can’t wait to return.
