Close to bus stop, parking free, 10minute walk into town. Continental breakfast. Tea and coffee in the room. Nice bathroom. Was probably the hottest day of the year so far but fan provided in room so was bearable.

It was a good base, near bus and train station, relaxing, spacious room.

Excellent stay. Breakfast was lovely. Kate who runs the kitchen does a fabulous job.

Booked on same day as arrival  day...so booking process was fast and efficient. On arrival, following a text message about getting the keys from the shop, the manager saw my face regards instructions and said she'd come and show us, which she kindly did. Room was huge, clean, presented well and in keeping with trying to keep the room as modern as possible. Pity the wooden wardrobe had to be in there. King sized bed was comfy and bedding was clean and kept us warm. Room and bathroom temperature were good. Shower was functional. Kettle/tea/coffee etc. are always welcome. Continental breakfast had a lot of choice and was plentiful. Manager was very friendly and welcoming. Price was great.

The accommodation was spotless, well furnished, plenty of hot water, staff courteous and professional, would be more than happy to recommend to anyone, will definitely stay again. Excellent

Lovely b&b being a 10 minute walk to the town centre of Sheringham.  Lovely room with an excellent bathroom. Off road .parking.Continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Overall a superb stay .

The room was lovely and warm and the bed was memory foam and very comfortable. Bathroom had toilet washbasin and shower cubicle. Breakfast is continental. The lady looking after the place was very friendly. Next door is a pub who do excellent meals although we didn’t eat there also plenty of places to eat in the town which is a 10 minute walk away also the railway station both mainliner and the steam railway. We had a lovely two nights there very quiet and would definitely book again

A little gem hidden away behind a shop, my wife and I drove straight past, first time. Lovely and cosy 😊😊 clean and tidy and welcoming. Room was comfortable and warm. Beds were perfect. What a continental breakfast, sooooo much choice and Kate was sooooo friendly, could have spent all morning talking to her 😊😊We will be back 😁

This B&B is the definition of cheap and cheerful. Comfortable room with everything we needed, but definitely no frills. Great location with the shop and a pub who serve food including a fantastic cooked breakfast next door. 10 minute walk into Sheringham, which is a lovely little town and the same to the steam train. The B&B is unserviced, you collect the key from the shop and breakfast is continental and help yourself - but as said, the pub next door does a great Full English. A contact number is provided for any issues and wifi code is in the room.As a comfortable, convenient place to stay when out sightseeing it’s spot on!

3 night stay, easy check in/out, friendly staff, buffet breakfast had a good selection of pastry based food, and cereals, toast etc.We stayed in the 'Cromer' room which has a memory foam bed, my wife did not like it.Good shower (in bath)One slight downside was that the radiator could not be turned down or off. As this room faces the road it meant needing to keep the dg window shut to keep traffic noise out (this said, road not particularly busy late at night).

Decent budget accommodation, good value for area.

A lovely two night stay

Greeted and shown to our room by Kate who was very helpful and welcoming.  Room facilities were very good, and as described. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice for a continental breakfast, very good coffee too. The stand out for me was the Very large white towels which were a great surprise and well received usually the ones in many previous stays in other higher rated hotels turn out to be so small, I now always take my own with me just in case but they were definitely not needed this time well done Mount Lavinia. If we were in the area again I wouldnt hesitate to stay with you again. Only other comment would be  if you were to upgrade the shared lounge area furniture you would have five stars on everything.

Cheap and cheerful

We stayed for 1 night, our room was very nice and a good size. Bed was comfortable, although a little low down, and as we are of a certain age it was slightly difficult getting off it in the morning. Good selection at breakfast, fruit, cereal, yoghurts, croissants, buns, crumpets, toast and assorted jams, all very tasty. About a 10 minute stroll to the shops and sea front.

Room was a little bit small, but had everything we needed - comfy bed, two chairs, table, tea and coffee making facilities, TV. Excellent large bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and basin. Breakfast just right for us, Continental and serve yourself. Staff friendly and helpful. Only small problem was that locking the room was very tricky, hard to lock, until you got used to it.

Would go again!

Brilliant B&B in Sheringham. Clean and newly decorated. Great bed.Really nice breakfast. Although it's 'only' continental, it's got a huge variety and choice, we were pleasantly surprised.Although it was self Check-In , there were really friendly hosts during breakfast on both day to show us where things were and clear up.Really recommended .

Great B&B in Sheringham

Room: Fantastic Colombo room, nice and big with a warm colour scheme.
Price: very reasonable for what we got and where we stayed
Location: great not being right in the centre because it was quieter but still only about a 15 min stroll to the promenade. Also very close to a good sized Tesco superstore.
Breakfast: fantastic!! I love continental help yourselves breakfast. A really stunning variety of fruit, pastries, cereals. 
Hosts: extremely friendly and attentive!

Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes!
