I stayed in this charming guest house for one night in February. Having arrived at the appointed time, check in was smooth and very friendly. I had booked a single and the manager immediately offered me a double room at no extra cost. We’re in the midst of a standard Glasgweigen winter (bloody cold) and as the heating had only just come on, I was offered an electric heater. My room (2) was on the ground floor; light, airy, pretty clean and the bed comfortable. I can’t commemt on breakfast as I slept in! All in all, a great value stay in one of the best areas of Glasgow. The park is literally on the doorstep, laid back bars and pubs are plentiful and scattered a short walk away. I would definitely stay again, but - do not book it if you like to drink champagne on a lemonade budget!
