We stay here quite often as the customer service is always great. The bedding is always fresh and comfy. Free parking and good WiFi. It is off the beaten track but has a rather nice pub next door that does not interfere with the quietness of the hotel. Ideal for exploring the fabulous surroundings of South Wales and shopping at the designer outlet.

I regularly stay here when visiting family.  The staff are always friendly and helpful.  I find the rooms spacious and quiet and with the recent make over the comfort of the bed has improved. The location of this hotel with easy access to the M4 make it an ideal location for exploring South Wales.

The hotel was very clean, with all the facilities you need available in the room. Vending machine in reception whijc sold snacks and bottles of water/drinks etc. Location is a lovely quiet area. Had a good nights sleep due to the comfy beds. 
When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff.

Took our Stanley ( The Pocket Bully ) to visit my aunt , staff were unbelievable good with him treated him like a member of my family which i never expected if honest thought the staff were going to look down on us totally the opposite Big thank i won’t like he was a nightmare to sleep with 🤣🤣 value for money was brilliant definitely use again

Nice, peaceful hotel in a quiet location but with easy access to main roads and M4.
Kind, friendly Team Members.  Comfortable, large family room which was clean and tidy.  Free Car Parking on site.  There is a Harvester Pub/Restaurant on site.

Reception was absolutely amazing from check in to the point we left night receptionist Tiffany was absolutely amazing and warm welcome highly recommended thank you room was stunning beds comfortable everything clean

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and it was set back amd was very quiet and peaceful.  The room was very clean and tidy and had just had new carpets fitted the bed was clean.  I would recommend it to others ans would stay there again if needed 

Our stay was out standing and comfortable staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival room all clean. and ready for us when we arrived to the hotel could not fault anything plenty of tea and coffee available 

Friendly staff, room was spotlessly clean, spacious & warm. Although just off the M4, the road noise is minimum. Sarah The Manager went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed & was a encyclopaedia of information on places to visit. 
This is our 2nd time staying here & we will come back again.

When we booked this hotel, we just wanted a place to sleep for our small family. This hotel provided just what we need. A nice room to sleep, have good shower and start our trip again the next morning feeling fresh. Just what we really need.

Clean and tidy in quiet location

Weekend with Stanley

Staff very helpful & friendly. Room was clean & tidy but a bit  outdated & bathrooms could do with an overhaul, lots of black mould in the tiles, bath panel broken & taps very lime-scaled.
Slightly noisy with children jumping from floor above very late at night, but the reception staff did act on my complaint straight away.

2 nights for Canicross

The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. The electric radiator in the room keeps it comfortable throughout. Reception is available to deal with any issues. There is a restaurant next door where the staff are helpful.
The approach road needs to be repaired of potholes and the parking area around the hotel should be tidied up.

Great location, Fantastic staff

Hotel was clean and tidy and value for money for the one night stay. Saver option of £34.99 exceptional value I thought. My only negative is that the hotel did not offer a cooked breakfast and only the breakfast box. This is my opinion and realise some people would prefer the breakfast box. There is a harvester next to the hotel which offers cooked breakfast but doesn’t open till 9AM. So this was a bit late for me as i had a early journey home. Great access to the motorway and there is a mcdonalds, another restaurant and fuel station nearby.
