Nice rural retreat for our family of 4. The chalet was spacious, neat and clean. Overall there are 7 chalets with lots of privacy. The ground is well maintained with lots of wild nature. We're definitely coming back. Many thanks to the great hostess Constance.

Perfect family holiday

Excellent.  Beautiful and peaceful setting with stunning views. Very clean and well equipped chalets. Nicely layed out grounds with each chalet in its own little wooded area.  We took our elderly parents and the ensuite bedroom was perfect for them.  Plenty room in chalet and out.  It was an absolute treat for all 6 of us. Wish we had booked for longer. We even had a deer come visit and everyone got a nice surprise it wandered so close.  Short drive to Oban .  Would love to stay there again. Lovely hosts.

Great family break with elderly parents.

We have just had an amazing 3 night  stay at Airdeny Chalets. On arrival we were greeted by Constance and her two lovely girls with a plate of lovely warm muffins. We stayed as a couple with our dog in tow. The chalet was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything that you needed for our stay. The grounds around the chalets were very well kept. Pure relaxation from the very beginning watching the birds  jumping about and seeing a deer feeding nearby. At night the sky was a blanket of stars as we were outside enjoying our fire pit at this beautiful place. Very close to Oban also which is a lovely drive along the country road at Airdeny. We will  definately be returning in the future. Keep up the good work guys as your place is just amazing. 

Pure relaxation

The chalet was so clean and neat that at first glance we thought it was brand new and we were the first visitors. Very nice hosts as well. Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Bed was fine, kitchen well equiped, with advanced Nespresso machine

Super clean and neat

A very warm welcome on arrival included home made muffins and a tour of our lodge. The accommodation and grounds were amazing and very peaceful. We took my Son, Daughter-in-law and Grandson so booked a three bed lodge. It was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Two en suite shower/toilets space for all and the cot/high chair requested was even very good quality. Even the weather was amazing. I highly recommend Airdeny - I know I’ll be back. 

A fantastic Highland short break.

Constance and family go out of their way to make your stay as wonderful as possible, friendly accommodating and welcoming.

The chalets have everything you need and are spotless, all home essentials are in the chalet so no need to worry - just relax and enjoy . The family also  have an ongoing upgrade plan but the chalets are great and they will wow when done.

Linen ,towels and furnishings were excellent and the location of each chalet is in its own personal space with parking all set in a stunning vista.

Shops and village nearby where you can get everything you need for a comfy stay. A bonus are the home made muffins from Constance which are delicious!!

Do come and enjoy the experience!

Perfect stay in idyllic location !!

We were in J M Barrie chalet which was well decorated and a well equipped chalet . Clean, comfortable and spacious. Enough space between chalets. Lovely views.
The owners are warm and welcoming and on arrival we were given home made muffins 😋. About 20 mins from Oban. Certainly recommend these chalets. 

Comfortable chalets with a warm welcome. 

Back Again At Airdeny - Cannot recommend this place enough. We were here in September 2022 and we are all back again in March 2023. This is a fantastic place to get away for any length of time and the welcome you get from Robert, Constanze and little Eleanor is awesome. You are well looked after from the moment you book to come here and on arrival, you are welcomed even more. Nothing is too much bother for both Robert & Constanze and if you have any special requests, these are sorted straight away. My party is 6 adults and 3 dogs and this was the same when we were here last September. We would never pass this wonderful place and we will most definitely be coming back. I was privileged to get to see one of the chalets that is in the process of getting refurbished and it took my breath away as when finished it will be glorious. Both Robert and Constanze work so hard and they have devoted so much to Airdeny Chalets and they are always making sure that the residents of Airdeny Chalets are well looked after. I would most certainly recommend anyone that is looking for a quiet getaway that is only a stone throw away from Oban, to give Airdeny Chalets a stay. We cannot wait to return again for our next visit. Once again, thank you Robert, Constanze and also their little girl Eleanor for making our time here yet again so special and we all look forward to coming back in the near future where we will be welcomed by not just the 3 of them but the 4 of them once the new baby is born. These guys have put so much into Airdeny and they are so so passionate about what they do. Keep up the good work guys as what you are doing is fantastic and we will see you again soon and we cannot wait to meet the new arrival. Thank you so so much.

Such a Wonderful Place To Stay With Fantastic Owners

What a cozy 2bed-chalet inspired by Sherlock Holmes, very special and makes you feel being part of the detective story! Everything was there, the bubble bathtub was the icing on the cake! Airdeny Chalets are very calm in the middle of nature, the perfect base to start hiking (e.g. Ben Cruachan) or to head to Oban for a cultural, culinary and whsiky trip! :) Constanze and Robert are very warmhearted and want you to feel on holidays! A place definitely to recommend!

The perfect escape

Having stayed at Airdeny Chalets for 3 nights, I cannot recommend the warm welcome we received from Constanze, Robert and their little one. We booked this lovely relaxing break for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary and the group of 6 adults stayed in the same chalet which had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Along with the 6 of us, WE ALSO BROUGHT OUR 3 DOGS (with ages from 14 years to 3 years) and they were also made very welcome. On arrival Constanze gave us some muffins that she had just baked. They were out of this world and it made them even more appetising to know that the apples were grown by one of Airdeny's neighbours and the eggs were from the hens that were free to run around and it was lovely to see the freedom they had as the coup was viewable from the chalets. We have to admit that these were muffins were the best ever. We also bought 2 boxes of the eggs from the honesty box that was available from the neighbours just a short walk from the chalets. The chalet itself was immaculate and very comfortable and it was fully equipped with all the things necessary included with a fully functional kitchen with all cooking facilities (kettle, microwave, cooker with an oven and all the utensils. The owners also provide all the bed linen which was immaculate as were the towels that were provided. An iron and ironing board were also in the chalet as were hairdryers. We cannot think of anything negative to say about Airdeny Chalets whatsoever. It was very peaceful and relaxing and the wildlife surrounding the chalets was ever so good to watch as was the superb views that surround the chalets. There is a laundry within the premises that is also a good benefit. I know that people do not go to do laundry on a relaxing break but it is  good thing to offer as it means that residents do not need to bring as many clothes and it is also reassuring if one spills any food or drink etc on their garments. As a group we cannot emphasis enough that DOGS ARE WELCOME at Airdeny Chalets and that the walks that this marvellous place has to offer for people that come both with or without dogs has a lot to offer as the scenery and the nature surrounding the chalets is absolutely breath taking. I cannot thank Constaze and Robert enough for the marvellous welcome they gave us on arrival and we were told from the offset that if anything wasn't right, to contact them. This was never the case as everything was perfect for us adults and the dogs. There is a special birthday happening within our group next spring and we will most certainly be back WITH OUR DOGS AT AIRDENY CHALETS but this time we will be booking for more than 3 nights as we all loved our time at Aiding Chalets and we cannot think Constanze & Robert enough. Keep up the good work guys and we will be telling our friends, family and neighbours etc to definitely  book Airdeny Chalets. We were all gutted that we had to come back home but we are counting the days until we go back. Thank you so so much Constanze & Robert and we will see both of you and the little one in the spring. ANYONE LOOKING FOR A BREAK WITH OR WITHOUT THEIR DOG/S, WHERE THE SCENERY IS BREATHTAKING, THE ACCOMMODATION IS FIRST CLASS AND THE OWNERS ARE FANTASTIC, PLEASE BOOK AIRDENY CHALETS AS YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DOG FRIENDLY GETAWAY.
