Stayed for 1 night.. You have to pick the keys up at the Palace Hotel up the road. Paid the £70 required for the room. All was well, cannot fault the actual accommodation but BEWARE was charged a further £200! When we finally managed to contact the Palace about this the woman said they always take the £200 deposit, we were obviously unaware of this. The money is supposedly going to go back in the bank 7 to 10 days? Incidentally we used Booking. Com and have never been charged twice anywhere else, hope this advice help s future bookers...
