I stay here a lot as it's close to my Birmingham Office, staff are polite and friendly and service is excellent.

Rooms are very big, comfortable, and great value for money.

Pub is busy and service is quick and the food is very good, highly recommended

Lovely hotel, staff super friendly, we had dinner and breakfast here and it was lovely food with great service. Room was nice, bed super comfy. Only downfall the heating was on so super hot in reaturant and room. We opened the window in the room but the streeg was incredibly noisy

Attending a we’d at Shustoke Barn & needed room for 3 adults. Room was perfect for our needs & only 5 mins from the venue

We only stayed one night as attending an event at the NEC. The bedroom was fine . Didnt like having to climb up to the second floor though as have some mobility problems . It was oainful and slow for me. I didnt notice any options for disabled on the booking site. Breakfast was great.  Lots of options and presented beautifully. Staff were friendly and attentive.   I would certainly consider staying again if I needed to go to the NEC.

I was really happy with my service because the front desk staff changed my room so that I could have a bed that was more appropriate for my size, 6'1" without me even asking. The other thing that I was really great was the attached restaurant had a much better than average selection of vegetarian dishes that very quite tasty.

We had a family & friends weekend to Gardeners World & Good Food Show at the NEC.The Coleshill Hotel is perfectly located so I booked 4 rooms.What a pleasant surprise it was and gem of a place I will certainly be returning to when I am in the West Midlands on business.Plenty of car parking which is free for guests.  Great wifi connection.  Smart TV in room.  A bath, not shower - What a treat!  Great food selection, reasonably pricedBut best of all, the staff. Reece who checked us in was born to be in hospitality.  He's softly spoken, engaging, happy to answer any (daft) questions.  He was very thorough explaining everything in just the right amount of detail.  Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lad who took our orders in the restaurant.  Again he was patient, pleasant, nothing too much trouble - wonderful customer service.Thank you to the team for a lovely stay, catering from ages 22 - 78 with various needs.

What a gem!

I meet with friends every Wednesday morning for breakfast and must say that not only is the breakfast delicious but we are usually served by Joe, a delightful woman that is always very welcoming with a smile and a first class service. She will go above and beyond to ensure that everything is to our satisfaction. A real asset to the hotel.

First class service.

We took our kids (5 and 2 years old) to a dinosaur event put on by the hotel. It was a brilliant event, really well organised. The staff were so welcoming and there was plenty for the kids included such as squash and colouring. The entertainer was fantastic and both kids really loved it. We also stayed for food afterwards which was very nice. We have been to other events put on for families at the hotel and highly recommend it.

Great family experience

We visited today with our 3 year me and attended the dinosaur event. He absolutely loved it. The staff were great and the event they’d put together was brilliant. We looked over the menu and didn’t have time to stay today, but will be back for some food soon and we will be keeping an eye out for future events.

Great for families

We stayed overnight while visiting Crufts. We popped down to the bar for drink while choosing where to dine out, but because the menu looked so appealing and realistically priced, we opted to stay and eat in. The quality of the meal was high and portions sizes were ideal. We found all staff helpful and friendly. We slept well in comfortable bed. Good value for money.

A perfect base for visiting NEC events

We held my mom's Wake in the Restaurant at the Hotel.  The whole experience was very good.  The events lady Helen, was very helpful, professional and caring. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful too, nothing was too much trouble for any of them.  The catering and service were also excellent.  Thank you all.

Excellent service

Use the hotel, bar and restaurant numerous times for business purposes. The facilities are really good and very adaptable for any size meeting/event. The food is very good and recommend the lunch options. A lot of thought goes into the food with Vegan and Vegetarian options. The staff are welcoming and can’t do enough to look after the team. The facilities are clean, warm and and very professional for business use. The staff are always super helpful and service is super speedy not matter how busy they are. Definitely recommended for both personal and business use and will be there at least twice a month. Very good location with good links and car parking.

Yet another fantastic experience at the Coleshill hotel, booked a room and a meal here for my partner’s birthday,  Debbie on reception could not do enough for us, providing the room we requested and putting decorations in I had provided, the food was exceptional, and the atmosphere in the pub was lovely. it’s such a beautiful little village I can’t recommend a visit here enough if you want to get out of the city like us.
