Food,service and organisation of the team were excellent

Excellent stay with a friend exploring the local area. Fantastic staff who were very friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast which was plentiful and delicious.

Easy to Book. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room warm clean and cosy. the beer was good and the food was tasty with a good selection. great breakfast in the deal and overall good value.  I'm definitely going again.  Cell connection was weak, but my phone worked ok through the wifi.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good food, spacious car park,the room could do with a bit of decorating,the bed was amazingly comfy ,slept really well,huge flat screen tv,should have brought my xbox with me,shower over the tub which I don't normally like but was fine. Overall a good experience  and would definitely stay again if working in the area.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, quick service, delicious food, oh so comfy bed, dog friendly. We've stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it's always excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

Staff were excellent, especially Zane, we had a great chat. Really attentive and knowledgeable. Our new go to place when visiting relatives in Leicestershire.

I stayed for one night, a Saturday whilst attending an event at nearby Mallory Park.I have stayed a Green King hotels before so the Millers was as expected.I was warned at check in that food service may be slow, it was !.Just one negative comment, in my opinion the staff in general could be a bit more friendly, they were efficient enough, but hardly a smile out of anyone.

Meets Expectations

Super friendly welcoming staff. Service at breakfast and dinner excellent. Beautiful pub. Found the bed a bit soft for my liking. Had 2 random table lamps in the room that weren't plugged into anything. Plenty of teabags and coffee but lacking in sugar or milk. Unfortunately the shower only ran lukewarm or stone cold. Quite clean except for a huge cobweb hanging from the ceiling. Bathroom was spotless, shame I couldn't have a shower. Would try it again another time.

Lovely hotel, staff & restaurant. On arrival greeted by Zane, who was very helpful, helped with our luggage & shownme to the room. Massive bed & TV. Clean, presentable, nice clean bathroom with a tub.All the staff I met, Zane, Stella & all the bar staff, right through to the cleaners all lovely people. Loved the water wheel in the restaurant and the food is great to, had a breakfast one morning and a trio roast another day 10/10, would definitely recommend

Millers hotel

we have stayed, sometimes with friends, a few times over the last 8 months. We have found it really clean & comfortable. It is convenient for family nearby. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. All the meals we had were really nice (breakfast a bit dear) & the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. It's dog friendly too. Give it a try.

Great hotel & lovely food.

Had an amazing meal at the Millers the other night. Walked in with no booking and were accommodated straight away.  Lovely menu and meal was promptly delivered. Excellent quality and hot. All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Shout out to Mai whose recommendation of the Berry Gin was spot on. Will be going again soon.

Unexpected meal out for two

We stayed as a family group with 4 adults and 2 children as an early Christmas celebration. We had a meal, stay over and breakfast. 
Nothing could be faulted the food was excellent (best full English breakfast I've had in a long time) but the thing that really made it so special was the staff. Every single one from cleaner to receptionist to bar staff to waiting staff went 100% above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This unfortunately is a hospitality skill that is missing from so many places nowadays and yet us the key to making an average place an outstanding place. 
Most of the staff had worked there many years which also says how happy they are and what excellent management must be in place. 
I would definitely recommend this place for a meal and overnight stay. We hope to be back soon! Thank you

5 star stay

We ave not visited Millers for a few months but decided to book a short break for my husband birthday. As usual our room was spotless clean, the staff were polite and helpful, receptionist Claire is a fantastic asset to Millers and goes out of her way to help. Food and drink reasonable priced and good quality.

Always worth a visit

Another enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff are v friendly  from pre booking query ,  to the start of our stay with reception through to bar and restaurant.  Accommodation v comfortable and clean. Excellent service throughout   Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in this area.  Events are very popular and value for money. Good location with parking on site

Enjoyable stay

Wonderful service from the reception to the waiting staff. Made to feel very welcome and friendly atmosphere. Our waitress was very helpful her name is Molly, she recommended dishes and created a wonderful first time experience. We shall definitely be coming again as the hotel is near the main attractions and surrounding nature reserves.
