We, 3 of us stayed two nights last week and had a very comfortable time here. Very clean, big fluffy Egyptian cotton towels, a powerful shower, locally sourced delicious breakfast, a good spaced car park and friendly owners, Heather and Erick!

Very friendly and helpful owners, very clean and comfortable rooms and delicious cooked breakfast made for a lovely stay at The Eagles Guest House.  Went for the Christmas market which was a short bus ride away.  Would highly recommend a stay in a very welcoming guest house.  Thanks Heather and Eric

This guest house is fabulous Heather and Erik are great hosts ,the breakfast is fabulous aswell, the rooms are great  nice and clean ,I would recommend staying here you won't be disappointed. There is various rooms to choose from at this guest house 

Overnight stay while travelling to see relations.  Plenty of car parking facilities. Very comfy room with fab ensuite.  Lovely breakfast.  Heather was an attentive host, and wouldn't hesitate to use again if return to the area.  

Heather and erick are friendly obliging hosts. I stayed in a clean, comfortable well equipped room. The bed was decent, with nice bedding. The breakfast was good quality and well cooked, with multiple choices. Can recommend.

A Great Guesthouse the room was clean good bedroom, well appointed bathroom, Coffee &  Tea facilities. owner was extremely accommodating with my mobility issues. Breakfast c cooked well by Erik served by Heather who was very attentive our stay was excellent will certainly book again

Heather and Erick are very friendly. Breakfast (fried English) was very good. My room on the ground floor was spotlessly clean with the en-suite also spotless. Lighting and sockets are ideal. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. 
Their folder on "rules" explains all you need in direct clear wording. 
This would be my first place to use it again if I am in the Lincolnshire area.

Erick and Heather provide a nice, personal touch.  From the moment you walk through the door, to checking out, you are treated as a friend.  They took the time to remember my name, and not to forget it for my stay.  Much better than many of the impersonal stays i have had at other establishments. 
I was in the downstairs double room. Very spacious, with a separate toilet/shower room. A welcome pack was provided with info on local amenities. Room was nicely decorated, including a t.v. and various plug sockets to charge my phone!! 
Breakfast was excellent.  I had the English Breakfast, accompanied by either orange, or apple juice.  There was a good varied choice if I felt like a change.  Breakfast time was booked the night before, so there was no waiting around.  
There was a storage area for my fishing rods, so they was not left in the car overnight. 
Would I recommend Eagles?  I enjoyed my stay so much, I went back with 2 friends on the following Monday, and stayed for another 2 nights. My friends were impressed with the service provided.  On the second stay, I stayed in the single room.  After the first night, I asked Heather if it was okay if I moved the bed around slightly, as I was used to sleeping the other way at home.   When I came back after a day out, without being asked, Heather had taken time out of her day to rearrange the room for me.  Little things like that always make a good impression for me.
Sometimes when you recommend somewhere to friends, there is a little bit of trepidation, incase they didnt like it as much as you did.  I did not need to worry.  They loved it so much, that when we come back next year, there is only one place we will be booking.

Eagles is very conveniently located for visiting Licoln. Handily situated on a route into city centre. We were afforded a warm welcome by Heather and Eric who also recommended facilities in the area. The property is a lovely house, spotlessly clean and with comfortable beds. The breakfast was superb and we were delighted that we had access to secure parking for our motor scooters. Heather and Eric couldn't do enough for us. We were so impressed that we booked again for the return leg of our tour.

We were welcomed by Heather who was most charming. She showed us to our room which had a wonderful walk in shower. Tea and coffee was supplied in the room.
Everything was spotless. We had a full English breakfast which was freshly cooked.
We can't thank Heather and her husband enough for making our visit so memorable and will definitely recommend the Eagles Guest House to our family and friends.
