Comfy and quiet room; had the best premier inn breakfast we’ve had and mostly for the helpfulness of reception in helping me recover my wallet I’d left behind at a coffee break 40 miles away (on a bicycle trip) . There’s a choice of Toby carvery; kfc or dominos on the doorstep. Thank you.

Mel at reception was a little ray of light, super polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. She made my stay happy and comfortable, I will definitely be staying again.
The room was also clean and fresh, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Having stayed at a lot of Premier Inns over the years, my expectations were low. But WOW, the Premier Plus Room at Wolviston/Wynyard was incredible. Much better than ones I have stayed at in major cities.

We stayed in a lovely refurbished room. Really good facilities very clean. The staff were great as was the breakfast.

We needed an accessible room and this one was really good with a spacious wet room and plenty of room for the mobility scooter.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff have always been friendly. It has been newly refurbished and we stayed with elderly parents and had an accessible room and a family room. We didn't have breakfast everyday but did on one day and it was just perfect.

We as a couple stayed here for two nights as my family live in this local. It was a lovely hotel to stay at. There was only one minor issue, we only had one big towel to use between ourselves. It seemed that all rooms have been refurbished. 

We travel to the the north east at least twice a year to see friends and family .This hotel suits our needs perfectly . It's location gives great access to parts of the country which we visit . The rooms are clean and practical and the staff are polite and professional . We will continue to use Premier Inn's when we visit the north east and other parts of the country.

Excellent service top quality banter r chef Karen was the typical Karen spectacular cooking skills and our server Vickie was like andy Murray in his prime highest level serving I’ve seen in these kneck of the woods wye aye man

Stayed at the hotel overnight after a family wedding at Wynyard. Was able to leave the car and book in later which was very handy.  Room was very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Had breakfast in the restaurant which was very tasty.  All staff we met were friendly and efficient.  The only thing that let it down was the smell on the upstairs corridor, this was not evident in the room.

Would stay again

We stayed at the Premier Inn, Wolviston to visit family in the area.  The location was good for us for this reason.  

The room we had looked as though it had recently been refurbished, and there was a table and chairs which was very useful as we did not want to eat out.  The bed was very comfortable.

Overall we had a very comfortable stay.  However there were a couple of negatives.

The bathroom was very cold.  There was a freezing cold draught permanently coming from the unit which housed the sink and toilet.  The fan was constantly running so I don't know if that had something to do with it, but it made using the bathroom very uncomfortable, it was so cold.

Even though we turned the heating control right down at night, the thermostat clicked on and off  constantly which kept us awake.  Also every time it clicked on, the radiator came on and it had a  light up display which illuminated the whole room.  This all meant we did not get a good nights sleep at all.  In the end my husband got up at 3.00am and switched off the radiator by the switch on the wall.  This stopped the light coming on but the clicking continued all night.

Overall though, this was one of the more comfortable Premier Inns we have stayed at.

Comfortable Hotel

GREAT COMFORTABLE NO NONSENSE HOTEL.

Fantastic stay from the start. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.  Room clean and welcoming. There was also plenty of places to eat around the hotel. It's very handy for the A19 and other routes. 
Breakfast was tasty and served to order. Plenty to choose from  fresh and continental. 
Karen the Chef presented a lovely breakfast and Vickie a very happy server. 
All in all a suoerb visit.
Will definitely return.

Pleasant stay

Arrived 2 hours early for a funeral at 3pm the lady on reception let us into our room, after a 5 hour drive nice to have a clean up and rest. Breakfast the next morning was a treat the chef Karen and waitress Tunnika had a lovely friendly manner and good fun to talk to. Overall a pleasant experience apart from the funeral.
