Have to say this was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I totally related to a lot of the positive reviews previously left. Mark and his misses really go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable stay. Location is nice. The beach is probably the best part of the beach in ClactonOS. The cleaniliness of the hotel was immaculate. Almost to the point of it being OCD-clean! Top marks for that. And the famous breakfast lived up to its name as Mark makes himself busy cooking in the kitchen to russle up a hearty start to the day. The price is very reasonable. We were on the top floor and if you have mobility issues make sure you get accommodated on the ground floor - Mark went out of his way to eastablish this at the point of booking (if you book direct). If you book using Booking.com you can mention this in special requests. All in all a really lovely stay and this couple are a credit to the hotel trade.
