Lovely hotel tucked away right next to a cheeky macdonalds and a brewers fayre that’s connected.

I have to say it’s Not the most updated premier inn I’ve stayed in but the staff have been super friendly and helpful. The rooms are actually clean and definitely do the job, the beds are always super comfy

Had a perfect nights sleep, room was very clean and the lady on reception when checking in was very friendly. I didn’t eat in the restaurant as I needed something quick so I got a takeaway, but I know the service is good and food is nice as I have been in there before 

Staff are a credit to the hotel cant fault a thing the wife had an accident and was having trouble walking and she was made comfortable on the ground floor the location is excellent as we love this part of essex will always underline this hotel for a return trip and recommend to others

We stayed for 2 nights. 
Very comfortable and clean.
I didn’t understand how to operate the shower properly (entirely my fault).
The receptionist, Sue, came immediately to help. 
She was completely ‘happy to help’.
In my opinion it’s staff that can often make or break a stay away in a hotel.
Sue was always happy at reception, checking that all was ok when we left or entered the hotel.

Great stay as always here for the last 3months staff always happy to help been in quite a few different rooms around the hotel upstairs and downstairs and all of the rooms are always maintained to a very high standard big shout out to emma and louise who are always happy to help.

I have been staying at this hotel mon-fri for work for the last few weeks and have no complaints. All the girls on the reception are great and remember us when we arrive. Housekeeping are good at nipping in the rooms to give us clean towels. Pub next door is good for evening meals and a pint after work. 
Overall a thumbs up for the whole team 👍🏻

Comfortable room, very clean. Staff all very pleasent and polite. Definately stay here again. Great to have a lovely restaurant next door for evening meal and breakfast. Purchasing the meal deal is a bonus. 

Friendly helpful staff which really makes a difference.
  Great nights sleep, bed very comfy.  Very happy with the price paid. 
Couldn’t ask for much more really as was there to visit family over Christmas and just needed a base. 

I stayed here for a week and Louise and her stuff were really lovely, polite and very helpful!
The staff made me feel very welcome, they were always willing to help ranging from cleaning my room to room maintenance 

All the usual best of Premier Inn features; welcoming, courteous staff, prompt response to queries, super clean room and bedding and bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows. Snuggly duvet. Good restaurant. Free on site parking. Filling station nearby. Quiet and peaceful setting even though easy access to main routes.

Friendly and welcoming

Comfort and convenience, 5 star

We always stay here when visiting family nearby. The staff are absolutely fabulous, nothing is too much trouble, always smiling and welcoming. The rooms are spotless, the bed is soooo comfortable and there’s extra pillows if you need them. The shower is exceptional - powerful and as HOT as you like. Furthermore - breakfast next door at The Bowling Green is the best breakfast in the world!! We look forward to returning soon.

Outstanding!

From arrival to check out, I had a very good experience at this Premier Inn. The room was well-prepared by Sharon, very clean and fresh. I had two excellent nights' sleep. I had an excellent cooked breakfast each morning, and two evening meals (as a meal deal). As a fan of "pub grub" I was in my comfort zone! Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Hit the spot!

Well managed premier Inn with friendly staff. What we liked: Well appointed very clean room and friendly atmosphere. What we didn't like: Busy car park with spaces taken by a an adjacent vehicle hire business. The pub restaurant (bowling green) appeared to be under staffed and happy to serve hot food on cold plates.

When travelling the UK for employment, it's important for me personally to find "a Home from Home" & with this hotel, that exactly what you'll find
 Special mention to "Hannah" in Housekeeping, Fantastic High Standards, keep up the good work, tea, coffee replenished daily as well as fresh towels, (Room 57) in the current climate, it was not expected, but be assured, was appreciated.
If and when I'm back in this area, it's the Only Hotel i will be requesting my Employer looks to book for me. Well done to all staff concerned & keep up the fantastic work.

Fantastic Customer Service & Professionalism.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great value for money. The staff were really polite and helpful. Our room was lovely, warm and relaxing. Thanks to Caley we had everything we needed in there and it was spotless! The hotel is in a good location with only a short car journey to the sea side that has a fantastic pier. I was worried as the hotel is next to a busy main road but we honestly couldn't hear it from out room. In all a perfect stay.
