Rupert and Elena are fantastic hosts. Their home is a dream, not a home from home as some have said. Unless you live on something thought up on grand designs. I would highly recommend this home and this delightfully entertaining couple. 
Their culnilary skills are quite sublime too. 

Highly recommend this property to stay in clean tidy excellent facilities hosts are amazing. Can't fault it really. Owner extremely helpful and would go that extra mile really comfy beds excellent shower.

I stayed at Rupert's house the night before my wedding and used my room as a bridal suite. 
For starters Rupert communicated with me as soon as I made the booking and wanted to make sure I was clear on what I was getting. We had booked 2 rooms in the house as well as the motorhome.
With all the preparations on the day before the wedding we arrived very late at Ruperts house but he was awake waiting to welcome us into his home (even though I had failed to warn him that I would be really late checking in).  We originally booked to stay only 1 night and Rupert offered to have us stay the morning and prepare until it was time to go for the wedding (the wedding was at 2pm) so we were clearly going to stay way past checkout but Rupert freely offered this. I had my makeup and hair people come to the house and Rupert was so accommodating. We decided to stay at the house on our wedding night as well simply because of the amazing service that I had received from Rupert. We had balloons and flowers waiting in our room for our wedding night just an extra touch that made our stay even more special. I would highly recommend this place, it made a perfect bridal suite for me. And Rupert and his wife made it even more special and went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you so much.

Having stayed in the main property previously, we thought we would try the mobile home this time. 
We received a warm welcome from Rupert and full instruction on how everything worked (heating, loo, shower etc) in the mobile home and on a very cold night, the electric blanket was most welcome! At first, it seemed rather strange staying in a mobile home on someone’s driveway, but it was lots of fun and very comfortable.
We had an enjoyable stay and would happily use Paterson House again

Paterson House, your 'home' away from home for sure! Beautifully appointed ensuite room, every home comfort had been provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Rupert, Elena and Charley's home is set in a quaint little village near Loughborough. With great places to eat within walking distance, we had dinner at a fabulous family-owned Italian nearby. Rupert generously provided our daughter with an inflatable bed when it became clear her flat wouldnt be ready for her to stay in that first night. These are people with heart who make you feel so welcome! Beats staying in a Hotel anyday. I have a 'no shoes in the house' rule myself so it was nice to see it's a popular movement!  Will certainly be staying there again! Thanks for your hospitality folks.
