Yotel London City

We were greeted with wonderful front desk staff, our room was ready two hours before check in which was lovely as we were attending a festival. Clean and well kept communal areas with a grab and go section for snacks which was reasonably priced (very handy on the late nights). Lifts to rooms were clean and had key card access only which is a lovely piece of mind for security. The room was spotless, small but packed a punch and was perfect for two. The bed was movable so you could sit in bed without having to lean on a hard headboard, it was also very comfortable and cosy. The ambient lighting was perfect for us as we have sensory issues when it comes to lighting. The shower was a luxurious rainfall shower with branded shampoo, conditioner and body wash with the hand soap and body cream by the vanity to make the experience feel just like home. Super quiet location with blackout blinds. The air-con was lovely in the heat wave. Extra points for a chrome cast tv so we could watch something we wanted to when we were getting ready/ getting back from our days out. This hotel also provides a £5 voucher for food every time you skip a towel change to help save water! A lovely incentive for customers. I will be recommending this hotel and we will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area
