Firstly I was impressed with the courteous manners shown by the Reception staff, service with a smile and very attentive and polite. A special mention and thank you to Gintare, not just a lovely name but also such a charming lady who was very helpful and made us feel so welcome. We arrived early so didn't expect to check in yet but she allocated a nice room ready for us. The room was clean and comfortable, well equipped. We had an issue with our TV switching off now and then and housekeeping were outside within minutes to deal with the issue which seemed to resolve itself! We made good use of the sauna, spa and pool. These areas were nice and clean and comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage whilst we shopped around central London. The hotel is well placed opposite Lambeth North and within a 10 minute walk to Waterloo station. A couple of feedback points for the sauna/steam area: 1) need more hanging hooks for the towels because guests were placing their wet towels over the wall lights 2) Place a 'mind the step' warning sign on the sauna floor entrance because everyone i saw walk in tripped over the step. We would surely stay here again.
