We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Savoy with my family. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The level of service, the attention to detail, and the genuine care from every member of the team truly made this experience unforgettable. The hotel perfectly combines timeless elegance with modern luxury. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, and you can feel the excellence in every interaction. The breakfast was exceptional — a true highlight of our stay, with incredible quality, variety, and a beautiful atmosphere. A very special thank you to Dylan, our butler, who was simply outstanding. His attention to detail, his discretion, and the way he anticipated our needs made all the difference. He was also incredibly kind and attentive with our children, which meant a lot to us as a family. This level of personalised service is rare and truly elevates the experience.
