All staff have been very helpful, genuinely wanting to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Kimod, our reception host, was especially kind and welcoming. The hotel is very convenient to Heathrow, the breakfast was abundant, and dinner in the hotel one night was very good. I would definitely return.
