Premier Inn Liverpool - Tarbock

I was on ground floor and it was silent all night. The lady on reception was very friendly and it was so easy to walk next door to get food. The breakfast was quick and really well cooked. There’s enough signal in the rooms and restaurant for 4G for working.

Extras: Parking was free and easy, right opposite Aldi for picking up supplies. I also found a Voltaire Sports village a short drive away where I could go for a fitness class for £5. So very conveniently located for a business trip.

We stayed here whilst visiting family over Christmas. We had excellent service from the whole team. Very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here before and always had good service but this time has been even better than usual. 

I have visited many Premiere Inns, and Tarbuck is my favourite. I grew up locally and come to stay when family events call. It is like coming to visit family when I stay here. Adelle and her team are very welcoming.  Remember their regular guests. and nothing is too much for them. The bonus here is that the Free Wi-Fi is fast! Fast enough to enable remote working - when necessary. 

It is the perfect location for football matches, Rugby League, Grand National, and Knowsley Safari Park. Go and give it a try; I'm sure you'll be back again!

Excellent Staff, arrived late due to traffic but staff made sure we could get an Evening meal in the adjoining restaurant, Great room, clean & tidy, ideal location to stay to meet up with our daughter who is at University in Liverpool 

Really friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently placed near the M62, so very easy to get to Liverpool which was our main destination. Good accommodation as a base to explore, but not a destination area in itself - car required to explore. 

Lovely hotel, clean and tidy with excellent service.  The only place I’d stay if I was staying in the area again. Lovely breakfast and dining area. Easy to request a room clean if needed. Comfortable bed with extra pillows if needed. 

Great stay as usual at turbock . Staff are great and rooms spotless. Always my go to when staying in Liverpool. The adjoining restaurant do a great breakfast with the all you can eat, fresh and hot. Thanks again tarbock be back soon

From outside this hotel belies the most  welcoming, friendly staff who really go out if their way to ensure every need is catered for. Elderly parents booked into one of the newly refurbished accessible rooms, very clean, great space and bathroom facilities. Again the pub next door also very friendly and most helpful staff. Every staff member really made the difference to what is an 'ordinary' Premier Inn- into an exceptional 'cared for' experience.

We stayed for 2 nights as we were there to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday. From check in to check out and in the restaurant we can’t fault the friendliness of the staff, they couldn’t do enough to make the stay enjoyable. The bathroom in our room was one of the best we used  - and we often use 5* hotels.
An unexpected plus was being able to fill our travel mugs with coffee before we left - well done Premier Inn / Brewers Fare.

Jo the receptionist was lovely, couldn’t do enough for us even sorting our room when it was booked for the wrong amount of people, very appreciated.

Very clean and comfy with a spacious room.
Also very good parking facilities.

Good value and friendly staff

Great Experience

The carpark had plenty of spaces on arrival to reception it was clean and tidy. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Quick and efficient. Room was just the right temperature and again looked after clean and tidy. Lovely little bonus was a packet of biscuits to enjoy with a lovely hot drink.
It was so quiet over looking the carpark which didn't make a bit of difference.
Did not eat at the hotel. Stay at alot of Premier Inns and can not fault the hotel. Thankyou.

Over night stay

We stayed here as a local hotel while our house was uninhabitable for a week, following a flood. The front of house team led by Adele couldn't have been more helpful. When we had to extend for a few more days they made sure we kept the same room and regularly asked us for updates about the house!  Good hearty food in the adjoining pub restaurant, where the staff kindly sat us out of the way of the December Santa/kids events that were taking place.

Unexpected but very positive stay

Good hotel for visiting Liverpool. Very friendly staff - helpful and kind. 
Short drive to city (About 20-30 mins to the city centre depending on traffic). Usual Premier Inn comfort and breakfast. Surrounding area more industrial estate, but not an issue as we were visiting family in other parts of the city.

Stayed three nights, cannot fault anything during our stay. Staff were very helpful and informative, room was very clean, very comfortable and although we did not want it serviced every day we could get anything we needed, towels, tea etc just by asking. We do usually choose premier inns as our first choice - this was definitely a five star experience.
