Lovely, clean and tidy rooms. Great food from the restaurant. Livea and nilima deserve a special mention for being the most happy, friendly and bubbly staff. They made the stay even better with there amazing personalities. Great service all round

We had a great stay, after reading reviews I won’t lie I was a little bit worried but the hotel was lovely!! It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were pleasant on arrival. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again. Free parking and only a 10 minutes drive from the Harry Potter Studio Tour.

I come to this hotel often and I must say the staff are lovely 100% great customer service thanks to minnu and Kayleen are always happy to go out of there way to help and to make my stay happy they always have a smile when they help customers and off course the lovely manager neniliy she’s always greets the customers with a lovely smile thankyou to all the team . I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Everything was perfect for my wife and I.
The bedroom was spacious, the bed large and comfortable. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were first rate.
 The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A large car park meant your car is safe and secure.
We have stayed in other Premier Inns and though they were good this one at Hemel Hempstead West was the best. 

The team were so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed. The meal deal was excellent value for money and the food freshly cooked and brought to the table. Cannot praise them highly enough! Would definitely use again! Big thank you to all the team for their warm and positive hospitality.

Just to say thankyou to Andrea and Nilllima and all the staf for making my stay wonderful  the customer service I I I is excellent. They can’t do enough for you and very friendly I highly recommend this hotel thankyou girls see you soon Nadia  and of course the rooms are very clean and spacious

The service here was impeccable,  Hollie, Livea & Nellie made us feel welcome and made our stay really enjoyable, they accomadated 20+ guests for a business trip at a busy period but kept the experience personal. hats off to the chef as well who cooks up a mean pizza!

The nicest staff, great service, well presented location and the food was great!! 

We were here with work for a stay over and 
Hollie, livea and nelly took care of everyone, handling all the drinks and food orders amazingly whilst we were here with business and couldn't have asked for more!

Spent a pleasant Sunday night in this convenient hotel, staff welcoming and friendly, had room on second floor, very quiet, welcome fan provided in room, the room was spotless, as was the bathroom, wide screen TV, very comfortable bed, good choice for dinner, no complaints there, as with breakfast, will stay again, ten out of ten

A great experience from start to finish. Very pleasant staff, good food & drinks, spacious, clean room and an excellent night's sleep. Top draw and would happily stay there again. Easy to find coming from Berkhamsted too!

Fifth stay, very happy

We stayed one night as we were going to Harry Potter Studios early the following morning.
We had a lovely warm welcome from Andreea & Livea who also decorated our room with Birthday balloons and complimentary drinks for my Daughters birthday. It was great to also meet the chef. Thank you all for making our eve so special for our Daughter (Lily) who celebrated her 9 Birthday xxx

Birthday weekend

Absolutely amazing experience, staff are so so lovely here, cant do enough for you and they are Great with kids which always helps..from start to finish we ha da lovely stay and we're really welcomed. The food is great, great choice, great value, hotel is beautifully decorated and emaculate, the staff are just the best ..we will be staying here now everytime visit family and friends down south .
Can't fault this place , wish all budget hotels were 5 star service, food and standard
