The combination of historic charm and modern comfort makes it a standout choice in Caerleon.The rooms are simply amazing—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are plush, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect retreat. Every detail, from the furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, enhances the experience.The service is outstanding. The staff are welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure guests feel well taken care of. Whether checking in, dining, or asking for assistance, the hospitality is top-notch.The hotel’s ambience is both elegant and cozy, with a perfect balance of history and luxury. The recent refurbishment has made it even more inviting, enhancing the overall experience.For the quality offered, it provides great value. A few small extras, such as complimentary refreshments in the rooms, could enhance the stay even further.Having stayed three times, I can confidently say this is my go-to place in Caerleon.
