Polite staff at check in, room was clean and staff brought extra towels upon request. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Food was nice and fair priced. Checkout was simple and quick. Overall lovely stay and would recommend. Thanks

Stayed plenty of times at this hotel but this is the first time leaving a review great hotel with amazing staff and service rooms may be a bit dated but they are always cleaned to a great standard they also go above and beyond for you if you need anything.

Arrived late, Staff were fantastic at reception and very helpful as always. Use this hotel multiple times and never disappointed with the service. Rooms are a little dated and could do with an upgrading but the staff at hotel level do their best with what they have. Rooms are clean and tidy and bed comfortable. Will be back again with work as always thanks for making my time away from home more bearable as always!

Clean and nice staff- don’t believe what you always read- 
Yes it’s older than some- but it’s quirky and does what you need- comfy and clean- we are booked to come again - and the biscuits that they gave when we checked in was great touch! Thanks a million we will see you again in June

We had a great few day stay and used this budget hotel as our base . It had comfy beds and it was clean . Front desk staff were super friendly and efficient . Loads of available free car parking which was great. Will use again 

We spent an evening at this hotel, the room was spotless and staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, especially Shelley who I am sure was the Manager. Very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. We will be back soon 

Very welcoming staff, nothing is to much bother, the rooms are very clean, facilities in the rooms are what you would expect. The reception staff are always happy to help you with any issues, Shelley and John are always very professional and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great position for all major road networks. All the beds in the hotel have recently been changed.

Love a premier inn bed they are so comfy and rooms are always so clean. Reception staff were great. Easy check in and out. Great sleep will definitely be back when in the area. Good location for those visiting Glasgow.

Fantastic hotel we stayed over while attending a wedding staff were lovely very polite and helpful room was spot on clean very comfy would recommend this hotel  we had breakfast which was fantastic choice of continental or full breakfast we had everything it was amazing 



From the very friendly receptionist to the excellent food, good clean room, fantastic cooked breakfast this was a very enjoyable experience. Very quiet with no noise from other guests or traffic noise.
The staff and their attentive attitude is the key to this great experience.

Plenty of space, but perhaps a few too many pot holes, in the car park and a warm welcome at reception. The usual well appointed and clean Premier Inn rooms, but maybe just a touch too cold on arrival, awaited with plenty of tea / coffee available. The reception staff were very pleasant, providing all the necessary information and sorting out a table for dinner.
The attached 'Beefeater' bar /restaurant  is one of the best ones we have (recently) been in. A good choice of beers, including the beer and a reasonable choice of food all of which we tried was well prepared and presented. A big shout out to Rachel and Coco for their excellent service and friendly welcome.

Pleasantly surprised

Stayed for 8 weeks and enjoyed the whole stay, staff in both the beefeater and the premier inn were great with a special thanks to John in the premier inn, Pauline on breakfast and Christine in the beefeater. These 3 went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay and the experience as a whole.

Rooms were comfortable, staff accommodating and always happy to go the extra mile.

Will definitely be returning with family!

Special thank you to John on reception and Debbie and Christine in restaurant. My family and I stayed here while visiting Glasgow for my brothers funeral. The 3 mentioned staff members could not have done any more to make our stay comfortable and pleasant under the circumstances. I am recovering from a hip replacement operation and they even adjusted the bed height to help me get in and out of bed with minimum discomfort. They kept us together for meals and really made us welcome. Very highly rated by my whole family. Thanks again and hope to see you all in happier times.

Super staff

My teenage daughter wanted to have a New Year’s party without her mum around so I checked into this hotel a 10 minute walk from my house. I didn’t expect much and just wanted to be close by so I could go check in if need be. I took in my own take away and I asked for some condiments form reception which was no problem at all. The lady on reception was amazing. I had a lovely conversation with her and felt very welcome. She is an asset to your company. I had a fantastic sleep in a comfortable bed and woke up fresh and relaxed- something that is hard for me even at home! Bed was massive and comfortable. Room was spotless and lovely and warm. I didn’t have breakfast as I was having such a great sleep I missed it. On the whole a very pleasant stay. And my house was sparking clean and in one piece when I got home! Success!
