Recently stayed here for a night was made to feel very welcome got to the bed and breakfast before my check in time and was showen to my room stayed in a twin room and the beds where comfy shall be back next time im in forfar

This is a most welcoming B&B handily located close to the town centre. Very comfortable rooms, which made for an excellent night's sleep, folllowed in the morning by a delicious full breakfast prepared and served up in the dining room by Mr Horsburgh himself. Definitely recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a great stay. There were 4 of us here on business, both rooms were extremely clean and very cosy with everything to accommodate us including an en suite bathroom, WiFi and a TV. Bill was lovely and very helpful, he also made a smashing breakfast which was definitely a highlight from our stay. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return again.

This really is one of the nicest guest houses ive ever been lucky enough to stay at. I had a lovely room with twin beds and en suite bathroom. At £32 I really did strike lucky. The whole place is impeccably clean. Towels and bed linen with the most gorgeous washing powder fragrance ever! The breakfast was out if this world. Cooked to perfection and plenty of fresh fruit to finish off nicely. Thank You so much Bill for being the most welcoming and wonderful host! I shall definitely return.

Host Bill is a very welcoming fellow, at least bilingual as it happens with fluent German as a second language, and with a genuine keenness for your visit to be a good one.

I was travelling solo and was allocated a room on the first floor with its own private batchroom next door.  The room was warm, clean, tidy, with a comfortable bed.  It overlooked Canmore Street, the narrow one-way winding street which the front door opens onto.

Bill's breakfasts are truly comprehensive.  He'll ask you the night when you want to have breakfast, and it'll be punctually provided.  Proper full Scottish, together with a whole host of additional offerings.

As long as Bill's about, that'll be where I'll head whenever I'm in the vicinity, no question.
