We stayed at this excellent B&B last weekend. We were made feel at home, the rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent. Perfects hosts and in a lovely location. There was a lovely seated area to sit and chat watching TV if we wanted. We were made welcome by both Ann and John and they couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. We will stay here again if the opportunity arises such a lovely place with excellent facilities.

i only stayed for one night last week on business , but immediately felt at home with the attention i received.the breakfast is awesome as well.

We had a lovely stay here for 1 night while in the area for a wedding. The family room was perfect for us with our 2-year-old son, who also loved the cat! We received a warm welcome and a delicious breakfast in the morning (with friendly laughter from the owners when our toddler spilt half of his food on the floor!) Nice lounge area for use in the evening just outside the bedroom, which was ideal with a young person's early bedtime. Handy location, as not far from Falmouth and was perfect for the wedding location. Great stay, we would definitely recommend Twycross House!

We really enjoyed staying in Ann and John's lovely home, which is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is extensive, using very good quality produce, which was cooked to perfection. Good food pub approx 4 mins walk away, with torch provided for the walk back to the b&b, we couldn't have asked for more!

Ann and John are lovely and warm and I felt very much at home here. I stayed in the family room with my dog and it was very comfortable and very clean. Wish I'd had the double ensuite room though, as it was more spacious and not on the main road so I could have slept with the window open and not be troubled by the traffic noise. I eat very little at breakfast but ate my first ever boiled duck egg, yum! And their scrambled eggs are perfectly done. Also Ann's home-made strawberry jam is the best jam I have ever tasted. Lovely hosts and a great location if you have dogs, as there are fields nearby for them to run around and explore. Would definitely stay here again.
