What a delightful B&B, wonderful and thoughtful hosts and couldn’t recommend enough. Unfortunately I was poorly during my stay and Tibouche went above and beyond to care for me, regular text messages during the day to see how I was, bringing peppermint tea to the room, making me tea and toast out of hours and even going to the shops for bananas. I should have checked out at 8.30am for work but due to the sickness bug I was in no state to leave and was made to feel welcome to stay as long as needed. I can honestly say I would not have received the level of care if I had stayed in a hotel chain. I simply cannot thank Tibouche enough for her kindness when I was feeling my worst. I will definitely be back to stay again to do the work I should’ve done. The B&B has character and charm and such lovely hosts too, a real gem.

Excellent- home from home

Phillip and Ti welcomed us with open arms, just normal guys who love to invite people to stay in their glorious home. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely care about the service they provide. Bedroom was huge with dual aspect and piano in reception was a real bonus !! Ti I have been re-inspired to carry on playing !! Breakfast was a true delight and overall I cannot recommend enough so it was always going to be 5 big stars from us !

Beautiful 

This was our first stay here and we will definitely return. Tibouche and Richard are fantastic hosts and very welcoming. We stayed in The Temple room which was very clean and comfortable and offered a much needed great night's sleep after our travels. We opted to take a trip via taxi into Thetford for a few beers and food at Cheers (Portuguese restaurant, very good food). Also need to give a big thank you and recommend using Perry's taxi's who were very accommodating at a very busy time through concerts at Thetford forest.
We booked breakfast for 08.00. Lovely traditional breakfast cooked to your requirements by T.

Lovely stay with fantastic hosts.

We had an unexpected night here after friends went home early from the Red Rooster. Tibouche was so welcoming and lovely to talk to, we really felt at home. The rooms were big and well appointed, and whilst ours had a shared bathroom this didn't cause any issues at all.
The breakfast was absolutely superb, very high quality product all cooked extremely well - a delight!
All in all we would definitely go back for more, a lovely stay.

Lovely place, lovely brekkie, lovely people

Bedding wasn’t clean. Shower facility in bathroom was poor.

We have stayed twice and had a good time on both occasions.  Really nice place with truly nice, genuine hosts who provide a good service.  Breakfast offered was really nice included cereals, croissants and a full english options.  large enclosed gardens with a summerhouse & chickens.

My close friends and I were hosted in September 2019, the night before my wedding, when we filled the whole property. We have reflected several times since, on our wonderful stay in the fantastic Grange Farm House, and have praised the welcoming and personal hospitality provided.

Tibouche & Philip hosted our group with enthusiasm and seamless adaptability, ensuring I remained as comfortable as possible during what could be such an anxious time!

The supper they prepared for us was superb and a very welcome celebration: A rich and homely three-course meal, where they catered equally well for both vegetarians and food intolerance. Either side of supper we relaxed within their fine living spaces, amongst elegant yet homely décor.

I am incredibly grateful for the care we received on the morning - with assistance readily available, and never too much; they equally spared as much privacy and space as we needed. I could not have imagined a more cheerful, comfortable, and personal place to get sorted on an important morning!

We received a fantastic recommendation for a perfect morning run, straight from the door. Tibouche & Philip are clearly knowledgeable and invested in their local area.

I very much hope to return, to relive some happy memories and explore the wonderful surrounding area more.

A homely welcome for a special stay

Stayed for one as we were meeting friends. The farm house was beautiful and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting to the owners and listening to their knowledge of the surrounding area. They had contacted us earlier in the day to find out if we needed supper, they put extra radiators in our room as it was a cold night. They breakfast in the morning was superb all sourced locally. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there any ourselves 😊

I've stayed there last weekend for one night.  The house is lovely and they have a lovely garden. 

The rooms were very comfortable and very tidy. The breakfast was fantastic and Tibouche did a fantastic cooked breakfast.

Be aware that they have a shared bathroom. 

When I booked I was told the shared bathroom was only going to be used by two rooms we've booked (and that's why I've booked it), but we've found out that other rooms were also using the bathroom and toilets while we were there (and we have not been informed), so that was a bit disappointing.
