Very friendly and efficient.  Food was great.
Gail was very good, and chef Karl cooked a fab brekkie.  Lots of food options to suit everyone.  The bedrooms were clean and comfortable.  It was nice and quiet, a little out of town which suits.  Check in was slick and organised.


Clean, tidy, very spacious, reception area well lit and spacious, staff very friendly and polite and happy to help.
Room was a fab size for a family, close to shops and the restaurant. Overall amazing 

We needed a hotel near family with accessible features (my partner is in a wheelchair and needs a wet room)  This hotel ticked those boxes, but not only that, the reception staff were all friendly, helpful and pleasant.  The room and the bathroom were very clean and everything we needed was there.  We will be staying there on a fairly regular basis for a while, and I feel confident knowing we have somewhere that we are very happy with.

Friendly staff, clean room comfy bed. Nice clean travel cot for the baby, enjoyably experience. Breakfast staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and that we were comfy and well fed. All staff seemed happy and bubbly.

I mentioned that we had a long journey not helped by trying to find a hotel in IronBridge where food was being served !  So when returning from eating in the Brewers Fayre next door I was surprised to find a box of RADOX and a note saying pop your feet up and relax.

Had one of the most genuine friendly welcomes from Jade, we mentioned we were here for our grandsons graduation.
A little while later a knock on the door from Jade with a lovely note congratulating us on our special occasion along side some lovely biscuits.
Room really clean and fresh, goes without saying comfy bed  and a very quiet nights sleep.
What more could we want, thank you to all staff

I use premiere inn hotels a lot when travelling and have stayed at Telford north several times. The hotel is always clean and the staff are fab, nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Ellen and Natasha who are possibly the friendliest hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Will most definitely recommend this hot to friends and family.

I took a trip up to Telford for a night to sort out some unfinished business and Natasha, Bryn, Ellie and Alison couldn’t have been better hosts. Always smiling and always willing to help. For a premier inn, telford north is on the small side, but it’s so much more personal! The staff have more time for each individual guest and really make the stay special! Will be visiting again in the future for definite

Walked into the reception and was met with a massive smile and warmth. We checked in with Ellen the manager and she was great. Checked us in told me and my children about a few local places that the kids will enjoy. And she wasn't wrong they can't wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you Ellen for making our

Recent visit

This is your usual Premier inn affair. Friendly arrival from the front team and quickly to a clean comfortable room. I'd bought the meal deal so went over to the Brewers Faye. Evening meal actually pretty poor. Stood waiting for a few moments while two staff members finished their conversation. Once seated I was advised to make my way to the tills to order. The server did say there was a wait on food, which did surprise given the restaurant was not busy. There is a wait, and there is a wait. It took one hour to get my food which they brought the starer and main together? The server did take it away, but of course that meant that when it came back 5 minutes later it was not just luke warm.

Next day a different story for breakfast. Very friendly arrival and greeting from Gail and food was very good and piping hot, mention to Connor as well.

Very good but with some caution

Stayed here following my sons wedding.  Checked in late but Zoe on reception was there to greet us and did so with a lively friendly smile and chatted happily. Room was spotlessly clean, quiet and the bed so comfort. Breakfast at the pub next door The Clock House was delicious,piping hot with a huge selection to please everyone. The waitress Gail was so polite and helpful.
