5/5 - mollie sorted the bar under pressure , a credit to the hotel while short staffed. She managed to sort us a table fo myself and my work colleagues despite being short staffed and knowing we stay at the hotel regularly, she’s a credit to the company.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. No complaints. The staff at this Premier Inn were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoying a nice supper and cooked breakfast.  A warm welcome with smiles from Mollie who works at the restaurant was always appreciated.  Thanks for making me feel welcome. Would definitely book here if needed again.

No complaints about the room.  Hotel staff were all nice and good to deal with. 

Restaurant was very good, and nice friendly staff. Mollie was the highlight and was always really helpful. 

I would definitely stay again it's in a good location with good staff.

We stay as a family here quite regularly and absolutely cant fault it. Staff are always friendly and happy to help, the rooms are always spotless. The last time we stayed the kids got an easter egg for doing the hunt in the room which was a great wee touch

Where do I start we 1st arrived here 2nd week in January and left only yesterday morning. Spending 12 nights at a time up there. This hotel is all about the staff and let me tell you they are truly the most nicest beautiful bunch of ladies I have ever come across in the hotel sector. I stay in hotels week by week so have experienced my fair share. None I repeat none have ever made me feel so welcome or at home ever. Racheal,Debbie,Lisa,and Kirsty in particular you guys are an absolute credit to that hotel and hopefully it is recognised I will miss you guys all so much and hope we meet again in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

Was up here for work..can’t fault the place at all ..very clean ..friendly staff..Kirsty at front desk even went out her way to give me a phone charger..and was also very helpful giving us advice where to eat drink etc ..would not hesitate to come back..

Excellent breakfast and room was clean and comfy with everything we needed. The staff were very helpful particularly in the brewers fayre at meal times they couldn't do enough it was very efficient all with a smile.

We arrived at 2:50 pm and were told if we wanted to book in to our room it would cost us £10:00. After 3:00pm no charge. This should be made aware when booking your reservation. So we went to the pub next door for a drink which cost less than the early booking in fee. We had asked for a certain room knowing that it had a shower, but were booked into one with a shower over the bath, which would have caused a problem. So then they had to search for a room with a shower cubicle. Causing queues for ones trying to book in. We don’t know the reason why we were moved from the room we had previously booked.

Stayed for three nights in September. Clean and comfortable family room for myself husband and son. There was a fan in the room when we got there which was great as did get warm on one night. 
Rooms cleaned on request and just need to ask at reception.

Friendly reception staff and the cookies when we arrived were such a lovely touch!

Definitely stay again!

Family group of 5 adults stayed at the Elgin Premier Inn for three nights on 11, 12 & 13 September. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

This is the first time I have stayed with Premier Inn. I knew it was a budget hotel but location was important on this occasion. I had hurt my knee and needed a walk in shower. I phoned the hotel and spoke to Rachel on reception who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Also in the friendliest and pleasant manner. The room was clean and shower excellent. Perhaps only 2 sachets of coffee and one hand towel for 2 people is rather spartan. I could have gone to reception and asked for more but that was a bit of a nuisance.  However, I will now choose to stay at a Premier Inn again if I am looking for a clean, quick overnight stay.

We booked 2 rooms, ground floor and next door to one another, rooms were nice, very clean and beds were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We are in the brewers fayre next door both nights, food was okay, staff were mostly pleasant. Would recommend this Premier Inn, will definitely use it again.

Stayed here for the first time for three nights. Reception staff and attentive and very helpful. 
It’s pretty quiet. Easy to get a good sleep. Rooms are to a high standard and pretty much the same as some pretty top business hotels that I’ve stayed in during visits to Stockholm and elsewhere.

There’s a waiting area at reception but no lounge. However, there is an adjoining cafe and restaurant, also used for the breakfast. 

Overall, I was impressed. It was better than expected. Ideal for business travellers. Would definitely stay again. 

Clean, top rooms, and friendly staff.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable bed, but i would like to say, that if you're disabled, you need to phone the hotel prior to your stay, as i found out, this hotel is huge, and being a double amputee, i wasn't prepared for the distance to the room  or facilities i needed,  Please phone ahead

Good night's sleep and a proper sized bath to soak in. Friendly, welcoming staff and reasonable food at adjacent Brewers Fayre start from poor beer selection. No ale available.
Room (15) needs some attention. Bedside table was a stool, mould around the bath and table strip hanging off.

Good night's sleep 

Would return again as Mollie will get you a table and accomodate at the bar also. 10/10
