Nice little Hotel Very good price. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Had a noisy aggressive neighbour in the room next, who woke us several times during the early hours. Not the Hotels fault. We had an adjoining room door, which left my wife uncomfortable with the aggressive behaviour and noise in the next room. Found some hairs on the otherwise fresh bed linen.

This is the best premier inn I have stayed in.  Friendly staff, quiet night, comfortable beds.  Yulia cooks an amazing breakfast.  It was served quickly and everything was perfectly cooked.  The reception staff, both on arrival and departure, welcomed me with a smile and made me feel very welcome.

Rooms were spotless as was the whole hotel, no problems with parking, Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and great service will definitely stay again 

You always know what to expect at a Premier Inn .  Clean Rooms, Pleasant Staff and a good breakfast.  There was a particularly nice restaurant/pub next door which is a bonus as there were about 12 of us staying so we did not not have to go far for dinner/drinks.  Everyone was happy with their stay.

This is such good value for money, a clean room, lovely breakfast every morning and the staff, so friendly.   I can't praise them enough, a credit to the Premier Inn Company.   I don't think you could beat it in all departments.

Very friendly and attentive staff, very clean well kept room and for the orice we paid, it could not have been better. Stayed with family (including disability requirements) and a 10/10 value for money experience. 

Parking was good. The receptionist was friendly and the stay was comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast. Bed very comfortable, just what you expect with a Premier Inn hotel.
There was a good choice of places to eat within a short distance where you can drive or walk to the pub next door.

From only recently finding out that the hotel offered a breakfast open to all the public and not just for people staying in the hotel, me and my partner thought we would try last weekend.
We was very impressed with it being a cooked to order breakfast rather than a buffet. We felt it tasted fresh and very reasonable priced too.
Staff were also very welcoming and helpful. 
We will be returning, definitely recommend!

We had heard that this Premier Inn serves cooked-to-order breakfasts, so we were keen to visit as it's within walking distance to home. So glad we did - just wish we'd been sooner!
We received a warm welcome from Reception and then our server immediately put my mind at rest by asking if there were any food intolerances or allergies that the kitchen needed to be aware of. As I have Coeliac Disease, I was so reassured that this was taken seriously. Soon after ordering, our breakfasts came out with our eggs just how we'd asked them to be cooked, and everything was hot and delicious! We'll definitely make this our go-to local breakfast choice and highly recommend! 5*

Stayed for 2 nights for family wedding. All the staffwere very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were on site and nicely cooked. Would definitely stay there again.

A nice friendly hotel, great staff and food. Hotel ideally situated for Freeport village and good amenities close by. Only disappointment was a wedding party that were totally inconsiderate of other hotel guests and came back in the early hours of the morning, inebriated, making a lot of unnecessary noise and causing disruption. Waking people up. In fairness the hotel manager did apologise and offered to refund the cost of my breakfast. Which was a nice gesture.

Hidden gem in Braintree for delicious (gluten-free) breakfast!

Having stayed at the hotel before we knew what we were expecting. The room was clean but we did have a problem with the shower leaking through the cubicle on to the floor near toilet and the hot water was only luke warm. Because we were only staying one night the issue's we're reported on check out so hopefully they'll sort them for the next client. The breakfast was a little bit unorganised but the food was very nice. 

Night away

We were pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was.  Great parking provided onsite with a stress free check in.  Room had everything we needed for one night and the beds were really comfortable.  It is a good location with the Braintree Village being right there with loads of restaurants and great shops.
