Room very spacious, bed very comfortable.  Staff at Northwich very welcoming, efficient and provided great customer service.  Had been such a long day in the rain in Liverpool that I couldn't tell Northwich from Nantwich.  A kind offer of free refreshment from the Night Staff at Nantwich and  clear directions to get me to NORTHWICH greatly appreciated.  Would definitely return and recommend staying at any of the Premier Inns near Crewe.

My family stayed here on a recent visit and I cannot praise the staff enough from Reception to restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the housekeepers were extremely helpful. They ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious with a varied menu that catered for all. A delightful and comfortable stay that was great value for money - I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in this area

A very enjoyable stay, whilst attending a Wedding in the area. Excellent rooms and a great night's sleep. Enjoyed the food at the attached restaurant. Good parking too. For me though, it was the quality, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff that marked this PI out as outstandingly enjoyable. 

It was really amazing stay without any hassle of check in and check out .

My wife and myself have just had a lovely 6 night stay at this Premier Inn. We use Premier Inns a lot and normally are more than happy with our stays. 

The Northwich south hotel met all our expectations.  We were accompanied in the annexe which was joined to the pub/restaurant. The room was clean, well maintained and quiet. All the staff were helpful and friendly. 

We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit the Anderton boat lift and Jodrell Bank and it is well located for both.

Couldn't fault our stay.  We had two adjoining rooms, which were lovely.  Spacious and no issues.  The adjoining door wasn't unlocked when we checked in, but the staff did this during our outing for dinner.
The staff were pleasant, and most helpful.  The staff on duty at breakfast were helpful and very friendly too.  
The pillows and bed were comfy for our two nights, as well. Usually you can't get comfy with pillows when staying elsewhere, but I was most surprised about the pillows in our rooms.
We need to return to the area in November and already securing our stay there again.  Would recommend.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a funeral in Cheadle.  I specifically chose it as it was away from flight path yet not too far from Cheadle. We were all very pleasantly surprised by how friendly all the staff were, how comfortable our rooms were, how easy it was to get parking (we arrived very late at night), how clean the whole hotel was and how tasty our breakfast was the next morning.  The staff at both locations, the restaurant next door and the hotel were so helpful and kind.  It was such an enjoyable experience despite the purpose of our visit.  We arrived tired and stressed after a long journey up the M1/M6 from London but could not fault anything and had a restful nights sleep, were fed well and ready for the day ahead.  Will definitely revisit this hotel for future trips to this part of the world when visiting family and friends.

I stayed in Premier Inn South Northwich in April 2023, for 6 nights.I was in Northwich for a business training. I had a lovely stay! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Always hot water and very good pressure. Exactly what you need after a busy day. The breakfast and restaurants were also very good. Plenty options for Vegans and Vegetarians as well.There is a nice playground/garden area with tall trees and birds singing until the night-very relaxing feeling.Free parking. The best thing about this hotel is it's team members.Guys you do amazing job, especially in the breakfast and restaurant,you are all superb!!! Many thanks also to Steve and Susie who helped me in the Reception.
Was nice and warm. Also I was feeling absolutely safe as not everybody has access to all areas, controlled with key cards.
Something minus was that there was a bit of mold in the shower ceiling and that when they changed my towels they didn't collect the rubbish as well! Also if you have a contract with a taxi company,this company should be able to assist your guests. 

Everything was as expected and no negative issues Got access to our rooms an hour before 3pm advertised check-in time.
Comfortable bed and usual facilities. The staff on duty were pleasant. Would stay again in future if in the area.


A standard Premier Inn, good rooms nice and clean, lovely breakfast freshly cooked for you but what makes this one stand out is the friendly helpful staff all happy and couldn't do enough for you. well done to you all, you really make this an enjoyable place to stay

The building is quite rundown. Although the room was clean We stayed as we were visiting family and this is the closest to them. The breakfast was  OK but no fruit salad over the weekend. No atmosphere in the breakfast room. The lady who was front of house on the last day was lovely,  chatty and pleasant.

My stay here was kicked off by a really friendly and helpful receptionist who booked me in efficiently with no issues

Plenty of parking and a short distance to the M6

The inn is located next to a restaurant / pub serving reasonably priced fare.  Try the huge burgers.

The room was as you would expect clean, tidy, great pillows and plenty of space.

Overall a great place to stay and a huge cooked breakfast to boot x.

Welcome respite after an unexpected journey

A fantastic stay !

Lovely stay with comfortable quiet and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff.

Chose this Premier Inn for our midpoint stopover between Edinburgh and London. Not too far off the M6 and has plenty of car parking – although no chargers for EVs. 

Received a warm welcome on arrival, and allocated a ground floor room in the same building as reception – which was clean and tidy, with the standard tea and coffee making facilities. 

Hotel is close to the River Weaver, which can be accessed via the Kingsmead development. So we enjoyed an easy afternoon riverside stroll to Hunts Locks and Northwich town centre, and back. 

As we’d booked a meal deal, we had our evening meal and breakfast at the Woodpecker Cookhouse & Pub. Despite the restaurant being large, it was extremely busy in the early evening. So making a table reservation at check-in, like we did, is recommended. Food was good, and service from the guy in charge was great. Breakfast was cooked to order, and was excellent. Far nicer than eating things that have sitting in hot trays for ages.

If we happen to find ourselves in that area again then we consider staying there once again.
