Stayed for one night lovely big room and very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice,and excellent value for the high standards you get also the breakfast host very friendly will certainly be returning many thanks also must had right next to motorway but i had a excellent nights sleep maybe due to the bed been so comfortable and also there is plenty of car parking spaces which is a absolute bonus

Booked in last minute, Huge room, lovely bathroom, WiFi is good. Very friendly, very clean, stylish and modern. High quality interior. Breakfast was excellent.

I stayed at this property of few days ago.  I was travelling alone so the cost was only £45 including breakfast.  I booked it because I was travelling a lot of miles that day and had to be in the area of the hotel the next day.  I thought at £45 including breakfast, it would be ideal, as all I would do when I got there was sleep, wake, have breakfast and go.  My expectation of the hotel was not high, but how wrong I was, this is probably the best value accommodation I have stayed in in the last 12 months.  
The room was large, clean and tidy, the decoration was fresh.  There was a desk to work at, the bathroom was modern and clean with a bath/shower.
I was late to the hotel so the owner had the room ready, I noticed in reception that on the desk there was a basket with batteries in for the TV remote control (a small thing but it shows the hotel could not do enough to make sure all was correct in the rooms).
I woke showered and had a very nice breakfast and the staff at breakfast were very polite and accommodating.
I didn't have time to spend time around the property but there were nice gardens outside.
All in all this is a great place to stay at and it will certainly be on my list of 'must stays' should I be in the area again.

I had 2 nights at Birches for a business trip.  Room was big, modern, lovely bathroom.  Very quiet, beautiful setting. Service was so impressive but so discreet-key waiting on arrival-so easy! Great value for money too-can't recommend it highly enough

We stayed here for 2 nights on our arrival in Northern Ireland.   perfect location but you do need a car.   We arrived by train and took a cab from the train station.  Closest restaurants are a short car ride away.    We rented a car the following day and it was delivered to the B & B.   Convenient location on a quiet country lane. Closes town is Portadown.    The rooms are lovely with pleasant country views.  Patio doors and outside seating.   The tasty breakfasts are served in a lovely dining room.  There is also a large guest lounge with a t.v. and reading material.   I would recommend this lovely B & B.
