Cory on the front desk was very helpful as I'm a very light sleeper he managed to put into a quiet room. Fantastic customer service. Cory is an asset to Premier Inn. 
I would definitely recommend Chippenham Premier Inn to anyone, they also have free parking.

Best service ever! Jordan and Gina were utterly fabulous, so helpful and attentive. Always a pleasure to come back, it’s like seeing friends now - which makes staying away on business so much more pleasurable.

AMAZING, absolutely lovely staff that gave me and my sister two bags of sweets, clean and comfortable bed, amazing breakfast and i cant believe how lovely the staff were. Also great free wifi. And very good shower.

Overnight stay with 2 children, friendly staff, comfortable and clean. I lost my wedding ring during the trip, and contacted the hotel on the off chance. So relieved to hear that it had been found, and Karen got it posted safely back to me. That in itself is worth 5 stars!

We were here for New Year's Eve I needed to travel to a party 5 miles away unfortunately we got a flat tire and although the AA came very quickly we were advised not to use the car the staff organised a taxi within 20 minutes and got us to the party we were very grateful and in the morning they very kindly remembered and asked if they needed to help us get home. I'm sure we will return again to explore Chippenham itself but as they were flood warnings in place on the roads we were going to use we left for home earlier.

Welcoming stay, everything we needed and great value, good quality breakfast. Interconnected rooms were v helpful and all booked no problems. Bed a bit soft but all slept ok. 
Nice note in the room on arrival.

I can't complain about my stay here! The Plus rooms exceeded expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. 
Premier Inns are our go to places to stay and this one was a great choice! 

With space in the car park we were able to park reasonably close to the main entrance (it was raining!) and the automatic door made life easier.
A great welcome from friendly and helpful staff and 'tap to enter' key-cards made accessing the rooms a little easier.
The room was clean, surprisingly quiet for the main road just outside and featured a real bath in the bathroom - not just a shower!
The "Brewers Fayre" next door has the entrance on the opposite side of the building; not so good in the rain we had. A limited menu but the food was OK. The Breakfast buffet was good and value for money when included in the room booking.

Excellent overnight experience in this practical, no frills, helpful and welcoming good hotel. Room was clean, bathroom functional with strong pressure and hot water, free secure parking and wifi were added attractions to us booking there. Did not try the food. One small tip is to tell reception to make up your room - we put a swing tag on the door, but our room was not made up nor were the towels changed. Reason given was due to Covid? Morrisons is conveniently across the road. Overall, this destination is highly recommended.

Easily accessible from M4 and by the local routes. Having own vehicle transportation can be very useful. Basic Wifi is free and the premium Wifi is free for 3 days. Super market Morrisons is just at the opposite side and fast food restaurants are easily accessible by car. Room size, service, cleanliness, ambience etc. are excellent. Staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast restaurant and food are as advertised, the food is warm and overall very good.

This is a clean hotel run by friendly staff it has good parking its on the outskirts of Chippenham.
There is a supermarket opposite the hotel which is very handy 
I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times.
One problem I found was the disabled rooms are a long way from the reception but there is a fire door at the end which reception said to use we used to go in & out and got the car parked there

Four day trip

Overall a very good stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable. In need of some redecoration but nothing too major. Check In efficient. A comfortable nights sleep. Food in adjoining restaurant was very nice, both for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Only disappointment was the Christmas menu was on the table and it was advertised as being served. Some members of our party including myself had chosen food options of the Christmas menu and we were then advised after the order was taken away that it was not being served so had to reorder. Not the staffs fault but something for restaurant chain to sort out as this was disappointing.

Very good overall but some confusion with the food menu

Were it not for the night manager I would have given this hotel a 2 star. Check in was fine but because we were a little early we had to pay an extra £10.00. I appreciate that this is policy, but the car park and hotel were empty and the cleaners had almost completed their clean of rooms. Hotel room smelt and although it said no smoking there was a cigarette burn in the net curtain. 

At check in we asked for the room to be made up the next day since we were staying several nights and were out all day. When we returned that evening we found the room unattended, bins not emptied and towels not changed. I spoke to the duty manager who helped with clean towels, water, refreshments etc. He even offered to make the bed (refused) - he went over and above. That is why the result is better than it would have been.

The entrance to the hotel is where smokers congregate and although there was a bin etc ash and cigarette ends were everywhere - really unpleasant and lets down the hotel.

A real plus is location - easy to get to tourist sites and to the motorway. Don’t bother eating at the restaurant since the food is very average and there are plenty of good places in Chippenham itself - five minutes away by car.

A mixed stay - with no lift for disabled to access Premier Plus rooms.

We stayed here to do the bath markets. Maybe rethink if you’re going to do that as it’s about half hours walk to the train station and can you get an Uber? Can you hell. 

Parking was good at the hotel, we managed to park when we wanted to and carpark looked to be secure. Easy to find hotel. Quiet. 

The customer service was good at the hotel, no complaints, the initial front of house staff couldn’t have been more friendly actually. 

As you enter the stairwell you are greeted by the smell of what can only be described as mould mixed with lynx and fags. Not so good. 

But then you enter the first floor door and that smell has now been covered up by a really strong air freshener. I’m not sure which I prefer at this point. 

Our room was a plus room. I’m not sure what was plus about it really, I wouldn’t pay extra again as I feel like we didn’t really gain much on top of the norm, a slightly fancier shower gel brand, a posher looking bathroom light, and a coffee machine that we couldn’t figure out how to work.. 

Room was clean, amenities were good and overall a quiet comfortable night.

Very mixed review…

We arrived at the hotel at around 16:00 on a Friday with no problems parking. The reception was quite busy. The lady on the reception desk was doing a marvellous job considering the problems she had. First of all both check in machines were not working properly and so she had to deal with them. At the same time the key registering machine/software also was not working properly so people could not even get to their rooms. Then there were the difficult customers to placate. Anyway all in all she did a magnificent job at dealing with it. I am sorry that in the melee I did not get her name but it was the 17th February. So a well done to her.

However we arrived at our room. It was the ‘old style’ PI room upstairs and for one night it was fine. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and above all it was quiet. We slept well.

We visited the Brewers Fayre for dinner that night and breakfast the next day. Dinner was dire and is subject of a separate review just for the restaurant. The only thing that I will mention here is this. The is no table service in the restaurant. It would have been nice to have been told this when buying a ‘meal deal’ in the hotel. If we had known we would not have bought it. Standing in long queues waiting to order food is not for us.

So a well done to the Premier Inn and a poor show from the Brewers Fayre.

Accommodation was clean and well equipped.  We ate at the restaurant next door but found the poor to be disappointing as the food in the evening was cold, as was the cooked breakfast.  The staff however were polite and helpful.
