The staff was amazing I was staying at premier inn for an ultra marathon I was running the following day. The staff left a note in my room wishing me good luck they left sweets and some bath salts in the room with my note they was amazing

Have stayed here a few times always pleased with our stay it is central to where we want to be.we go to speedway at Ipswich when we know their is top teams fighting it out for  top spot in the tables

We had an amazing experience as always when coming to this site. Selina and Emily are friendly and welcoming and a perfectly cooked Breakfast by Nicole. We will come back, thank you all!

We had ANOTHER absolutely fantastic stay here!!!! The staff are sooooo lovely and friendly, giving a special shout-out to Silvie who ALWAYS goes way beyond her duties to make us feel welcomed, it’s like coming home!!! Would highly recommend staying at this hotel!!!!

We chose this location for a one night stay for a theatre trip. About a 15 minute drive to Ipswich town centre. Friendly, welcoming staff, room clean & comfortable, excellent choice for breakfast. Location quiet but good main road access and parking. Minor points were no shaver point in bathroom, and no tourist guides or maps in reception but this didn't spoil our stay. Would happily stay here again, very good value. 

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Chantry Park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and the rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. There was a lovely pub, The Beagle next door for an evening meal and somewhere to socialise. We would definitely stay again if visiting Ipswich.

Enjoyed our stay on valentines. Lovely, friendly, cheerful staff and super clean rooms. We needed a few more tea and coffee sachets but we collected more from reception. 
The breakfast was absolutely delicious!
We will definitely be staying again!

So my wife and I were greeted by two lovely ladies on the desk, I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never stayed at a Premier Inn, but just going by the staff I have to give five stars! The chambermaids ( can I call them chambermaids?) Were funny and kind, we had a laugh with them and shared some banter . Our room was just perfect for a one night stay over, impeccably clean and a very comfortable bed, In the morning we were greeted by the same ladies on the desk still full of smiles! Selina took our order for breakfast which was just quality perfectly cooked (thank you chef's, I saw how busy you were) overall a perfect stay at the Ipswich Premier Inn and I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the ladies on the desk you were fabulous

Excellent staff. Nicole,Ella and Sylvia and the manager were all so friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast amazing and well organised. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent stay. Highly recommend and value for money

Fantastic stay

The premier in at Chantry park is in a lovely countryside location. The hotel looks really nice from the outside and is located next to a very nice county pub.  The staff were really warm and friendly and helped make the stay enjoyable.

The room, whilst smaller than most Premier inns I have stayed in, was very clean and very comfortable.

I will certainly be back again when in this area.

No longer a Premier Inn virgin

Everything, as always the staff do an amazing job, making you feel so so welcome,
Every time me and my partner come here, we are made to feel at home,
I called ahead a couple of days before our stay and mentioned that it was her birthday on the Saturday and asked if there was anything that could be done.
The staff were more than happy to assist in making the time special,
When we arrived at the room there were balloons on the bed, chocolates and a handwritten card.
She had such a glowing smile on her face, I could see that she felt so special.

We absolutely love the room, bed and the peace and quiet we get (she didn’t get much though, didn’t realise I was getting Ill until we got home then turned out I had laryngitis, chest infection and throat infection so was snoring like a gooden 😂)

Waking up in the morning, we always look forward to having breakfast, there’s always so much variety and the quality is second to none for the price.

We will 100% be back as long as the place is what it is.

I am so grateful for all staff here, thank you everybody. 
Proud to call this basically our home from home.


Perfect as always

Lovely welcome when we arrived 27 November. Friendly staff throughout. Rooms as you would expect, comfy beds, clean and good blackout curtains. I left my AirPods there, and when I called back reception had them. I spoke to a different person on reception and he was as equally friendly as the first. I was so delighted. The staff seem such a good honest, friendly bunch - thank you very much.

Great staff, welcoming hotel - good location

Hotel covers and all needs.  Great quality breakfast and all the staff are very helpful and friendly.  I would love to give a special shout out to Nicole, who is one of the restaurant waiting staff.  Nicole was very polite, friendly and was so thoughtful and helpful this morning (Sunday 27th November 22). Thank you Nicole from the the  extremely warm Scottish lady from room 40.  You’re a superstar ⭐️🤩

Excellent Staff Customer Service

Had a mini spontaneous girlie night. Ended up booking a late night stop at this Premier. 
Dave on the desk was extremely welcoming and found us a room. Later on after a tipple or two, my friend and I skipped through the door to find a new receptionist called Beth - B .. I need some ‘female’ assistance. Beth delved straight into her handbag to help me. This is above and beyond her expected job role.

Such lovely people to help as soon as you get in the door. Excellent customer service
