Great visit to Pembroke.Stayed in the disabled room-good facilities lots of handrails in large wetroom with seat in shower area.Nice thick white towels. Toiletries. Relaxing room with tea coffee making facilities, water, biscuits.  Disabled parking bay just outside Reception entrance. Room on ground floor. Ramp to bar area for an evening drink. Fab breakfast. All staff welcoming and friendly. Recommended hotel. 

Stayed for one night as a stop off on the way to Western Wales as part of our two week holiday in July 2023.

A great value place, £110 for a Sunday night BnB.  The room was excellent, small but had everything needed including a really great shower. Had a meal there at night as well, which was stunning and great value. 

Apparently they're quiet on a Sunday, so we didn't need to book a table, suggesting other times it might be an idea to book ahead.

Pembroke itself looks a little run down in areas, but there's a few good pubs and of course the castle which is well worth a visit if you like that kind of thing.

I'd definitely stay there again for that price, if not a bit more.

A tip though, Pembroke has a one way system in the centre so if you miss the entrance to the car park, you have to drive all the way round again.

Outstanding hotel,  warm bedrooms,  spa shower,  very friendly staff, fresh hot breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious room, free parking only give your reg to reception,  full cctv coverage 24/7. 3 minutes walk to town centre.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Coach House Hotel Pembroke.
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and welcoming and our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in a twin room suite and it was very generously sized with nice sitting area, 2 tvs, coffee machine, fridge as well as plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. All areas were spotlessly clean. Beds were really comfy with good quality bed linen, pillows, duvets etc - we got a
great nights sleep!! 
Overall the hotel was modern in decor and in a nice light and airy style.  Hotel has a bar, restaurant with ample parking. 
The hotel was well situated - just a short walk from Pembroke Castle.
Special mention to Mandy in the restaurant who not only served us with an excellent breakfast but also gave us some excellent information on places to visit along the Pembroke coast.

Lovely stay in room 21 (executive), this is a large room which is beautifully furnished and has a much larger shower than most hotel rooms, the tv is a large flat screen.
Restaurant has special offers as well as the standard menu. Free car parking.

We really were the lucky ones when Sally booked us into the last room available at the Coach House Hotel. What a gem of a find!It just couldn’t have been better. We were made so welcome by every member of staff. It made us feel special!Our room was comfortable with all of our needs obviously having been thought off. We even had a walk in wardrobe area which we don’t even have at home! There was also a delightful area with table and chairs outside our room where we could enjoy our sundowners ! 
The food was fabulous and every meal was a real treat. Many thanks to chef Katie. We had a good choice at breakfast and for our dinner in the evening. There are of course a number of places to choose from in Pembroke but why would we when we had the best at the Coach House Hotel. Simon in the Dining Room always had a smile and a word with us so thanks to  him and all of the other members of staff as well. The hotel had free parking and the setting with the beautiful Mill Walk along to Pembroke Castle was a joy!
During our 2 night stay we didn’t have to drive far to find stunning places to visit. We went to Freshwater East beach and Stackpole Quay and walked over to Barafundle Bay. We also walked by the beautiful lily ponds at Bosherston and stepped out onto Broad Haven South beach ! What an awesome surprise that is!
We live in fabulous West Wales but this was near enough to be as easy as possible but we still got a feeling of being on holiday. We loved our stay at The Coach House in Pembroke and wish to especially thank Sally,the jewel in the crown there for giving us such a wonderful stay. We will definitely look forward to returning! Stayed 3 nights in the accessible room.  For our needs  (someone with walking difficulties) the room was  perfect, the wet room was excellent - roomy, plenty of hand rails, shelves to put shower toiletries on, seat. A parking space directly outside Reception. There is also ample free parking at the Hotel - and the Hotel has been refurbished recently, all tastefully decorated and looking very smart. The Owner Sally and the Staff were all welcoming, helpful and friendly. We had prior booked meals at other locations, but the full  breakfast was delicious and many other choices, to suit everyone.  Served quickly with a smile. The restaurant meals on an evening all looked appetising. Highly recommended Hotel with a fantastic position in the town of Pembroke.  The only negative in this review, and it is not the Hotels fault - was an inconsiderate young couple WAKING everybody up with antics involving damage to  a shower - water everywhere - the mind boggles!!!!!!! and they decided to ring emergency services involving the fire brigade.  Id be  surprised  if the Fire Service didn't charge them!!!!!! along with the Hotel.

I have just returned from a short break at this hotel. I stayed there from 8th to 12th July with my partner and we both absolutely loved it. The owner and all the staff are genuine and lovely people. They couldn’t do enough for us. The whole place has had a total refurbishment and is beautiful inside and out. The berries that we ate at breakfast are grown onsite by the owner and  were freshly picked each day for our breakfast. Absolutely delicious. There are an abundance of home grown flowers surrounding the property which make it look and feel very pretty and inviting. The owners love and care for the property really shows throughout . The whole place is clean and fresh. We stayed in room 6 which was a ground floor room which was perfectly chosen for us as we were just a few steps away from the car park we’re we kept our motorcycle. And we had a lovely little outside area to sit and enjoy our morning cuppa. The food was delicious and the peroni we drank was a fantastic pint !! The whole place has a lovely warm comfortable feel to it like home from home. I didn’t want to leave. I have recommended this lovely place to all my friends and we will most definitely be returning. The location is amazing too. Situated over looking the pond with a little path running along the side of the property leading to the pond and a lovely 5-10 minute walk to the castle. There is a lovely seating area at the front of the hotel and an even better one around the back that are both just for guests only. The owner makes every guest her priority and puts them first. The staff were taking a well earned rest on Friday evening  when we arrived so Sally the owner stepped in and served us at the bar and sat and had a chat  with us outside whilst we enjoyed our cold drink in the sunshine and made us feel welcome. This was exclusive just for guests which I though was lovely as some places we have visited have put the locals first above the paying guests which has in the past made us feel unwelcome. But not Sally. She made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. If you want a fabulous hotel in a great location just 4 miles from amazing beaches and bays then this is your place !! Barafundle Bay is just under 4 miles away and is absolutely stunning. Please see my photos.

Had a very relaxing 3 night stay for our golden wedding. Sally and all her staff were friendly and very efficient. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The food was excellent and plentiful. Large car park at rear. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Received a lovely welcome from Simon on reception. He told us all about nearby attractions. We walked around and took in the scenery there is a lovely lake you can walk around and a pub overlooking the lovely views.Evening we ate in hotel restaurant which was amazing la carte menu. Katie looked after us evening meal and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Me and my husband both had a bit to drink the night before! The old Rosie on tap cider is a must to try. Aswell as the bottles of pembrokeshire cider.

An OK place to stay for a 'B&B' but would probably look elsewhere for next trip.   Breakfast cooked to order and options ok; only had fresh fruit available on one morning.  Had dinner there one night and it was quite good (salmon, on 'specials' list) but at 6:45 they told us they were done serving for the evening so no desert available and no ice for drinks because they'd already cleaned up for the night. Good parking.  bed comfortable and good shower. Our room faced the street; would recommend getting one at the rear of the building if possible. Annoying hair dryer that requires holding the button in while using it, with a short cord an weak flow.  Room had one chair but no lamp near it (or power point for one).  Had good dresser space and closet space.  Kettle doesn't actually fit under the sink (so filled by using the cups to transfer water from spout to kettle).  Thin walls - could hear the neighbors as well as some street noise til midnight or so.  And annoying 'emergency light' over the door, which brighter than desired in the dark of the night.

bring your own hair dryer - and ear plugs.

Excellent value, quality hotel.

i have been lucky enough to have been staying in this hotel with work for the last couple of months. i normally stay in room 22, which is a large room above the drive way. i would recommend, 21/22 rooms. the rooms are serviced every day.
with Mandy and Josey on breakfast its always entertaining.  the food at breakfast is always good. the staff are always singing in the kitchen, this shows how happy Mandy and Josey are at work so not much wrong with the coach house.  in seems a very good atmosphere to work in Mandy always says how much she likes the work and hotel.
The owner is always very pleasant and talkative when i get back in the afternoon. Sally even remembers my name which is good.
the evening meals are good, set menu plus specials board. the kitchen evening staff is normally helpful if  you fancy something different.  they are always ready to help if possible. not all the evening restaurant staff  are helpful. some nights they seem to be in a world of there own.

GREAT HOTEL

We stayed for three nights at the Coach House Hotel . Our room was very comfortable. It was clear a lot of thought had gone in to equipping the room. The bed was fantastic, as was the shower, the lighting was great, there was a black out blind - really everything we needed. The location is also very convenient and hours for breakfast (which was good) were great
