Very comfortable and great to have a space to relax in the lounge.  Everything to be self catering, with the bonus of a fab breakfast, whilst watching the animals on the farm.

Friendly and professional hosts, who made our stay welcoming and memorable.

A great location on fringe of Emsworth. Good sized shower and bedroom. Great hosts seem to have thought of everything. Super breakfast looking onto field and alpaca's horses and goats. Very relaxing stay - will definitely come again and recommend.

I went to the old dairy glamping farm at the end of October with all friends. We were so impressed with it. The rooms were great, hot tub was so amazing! They have everything there from pots pans plates. We was also provided with breakfast in the morning and we cooked them outside the yurts in the morning. Debbie was so welcoming and accommodating we will defo be back! Thank you.

The rooms are modern, en-suite and very well appointed. Plenty of choice at breakfast. I strongly recommend the full English!  Local produce and excellent coffee. I will certainly return. Better than a busy hotel.

Stayed in the B&B for a weekend away with my partner. Room was lovely and very clean and we loved the brownies left for us when we arrived! Contactless check-in was great because we could be flexible with when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and Debbie and Lily were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Lovely accommodation in great location for exploring Portsmouth and surrounding areas. Very friendly & clean with excellent breakfasts using local produce! Welcoming and informative hosts who go the extra mile.

Have been the Old Dairy Farm many times and it is always a pleasure to stay there.  It is a great location and Debbie makes you feel very welcome.  The B&B rooms are spacious and comfortable.  Breakfast is excellent as is the service.  There are also good places to eat nearby in Emsworth, which cater for a variety of tastes.  The area offers many things to do, whether you like being by the coast or want to enjoy the pleasures of the South Downs.  It is also near both Portsmouth and Chichester.  Can highly recommend.  Will be revisiting, hopefully in the not-too-distant future.

Debbie went out of her way to make me as nd my teenage daughter comfortable and I also seen her help other people staying with queries and questions about the local area. Breakfast was fresh and plentyfull. 
Rooms spotless as good as if not better than hotel high standard.
 Bathroom immaculate and everything you need in the room. Lots to see and do in the area. Surrounded by a large forest( Holly Bank forest) great for a run. Seen wild deer and loads of very old oak trees.

A beautiful B & B, spotless comfortable rooms with excellent attention to detail. The Old Dairy is in a  lovely, quiet location and the grounds kept to the high standards of the rooms. Our host was on hand but not intrusive. We could not have asked more....thank you.

We stayed in The Lodge, not what I expected, it was better, I was pleasantly surprised.  Great attention to detail, with Brownies, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, small items for washing up, included, together with super soft towels and  bathroom soaps etc.,  Lodge was super comfy, could not have asked for anything more.  Location, sufficiently away from the main roads, to give a great relaxing weekend, but close enough to go to the sea and drive around through some wonderful countryside.  Would stay again and would recommend

Fab Weekend

We were given clear instructions  how to get to the property and had a nice present of 2 brownnies and all the coffee and tea you could wish for in the room.the host were on hand if needed but not intrusive the room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. the rooms are to a high standard we only stayed one night but we will be going back to the old derry farm very soon and for longer and the breakfast was excellent thank you so much.

The visit was 5 star from the minute we booked the stay over the phone, Debbie the manager was very helpful with the booking process and it went so smoothly also keeped us updated before arrival on the day with arrival information and guidance we're the beautiful yurt. The yurt was very clean to a high standard and everything we required for our stay was supplied also once settled Debbie the manager came to see if we settled in OK and we booked breakfast which again was outstanding service.
We as a family will be definitely be staying again in the future and would 100% recommend to friends and family

The Old Dairy Farm Glamping

The Old Dairy, well what a gem. We stayed in the B&B to attend a local wedding event.  It was just perfect.  Stylish with all practical needs (sometimes places fail to have both) and impeccably clean and welcoming.  All brightness and light in the rooms and particularly the breakfast room that overlooked the paddocks 
with horses, pygmy goats and chickens. A great breakfast with a view. Just what's needed after a rather lively evening! The location is rural enough to offer the peace and quiet of the countryside, whilst still being on the edge of urban life in the area and ability to get to all the local attractions easily. We didn't stay in the yurts, but they looked great fun and seemed to have every luxury.  Debby and family were so charming.  We really did have a lovely stay and I'll be recommending to everyone.  Many thanks.

Super Stay

This must be our 3rd stay at The Old Dairy. It was  as good as ever. Debbie's attention to detail is key. From the fresh flowers in the hallway, to the spotless room, ensuite and a well stocked refreshment tray, complimentary biscuits and bottled water. 
The location of the Old Dairy means it lovely quiet, and you cant help but get a good night sleep. Breakfast is served in sunny  relaxed room. The breakfast menu offers a good selection of cooked meals, and fresh fruit to start the day. The hot food was excellent. Prior to our visit, Debbie sent me a list of" things to do", "places to see" in and around Emsworth. Very helpful if you are not familiar with the area.
I would recommend The Old Dairy to anyone staying in the area. Its the best
