One of the nicest bed and breakfast establishments my wife and myself have ever visited, clean with perfect spot for sea and facilities, Heather and Malcolm provided a superb breakfast, although the parking was not provided they also sorted that out for us , I will certainly re-visit B&B Near the sea again when we visit Paignton.
