Excellent services, cleanliness, comfort . As a Manager of 60 holiday homes all over Cornwall I was very impressed with the standard of the above and value for money. Will def book again before a flight. Lovely deep bath and constant hot water. Very relaxing

We have stayed in Premier Inns all over the UK and always find them convenient and fairly priced for our type of travel requirements which usually involves a busy schedule of events away from the hotel facilities. For us, they are absolutely ideal for a value-for-money good nights sleep in spacious, clean rooms.

WOW!! Just found Clare and Curtis. What a reception on arrival. Love these guys and will be my first port of call if I’m in the area again. Fantastic people!!!! You might have to speak up when you speak with Curtis as he’s slightly deaf, but other than that, brilliant

The staff can’t do more to help you. So friendly. Amazing customer service. The room was comfortable, very clean. Had a brilliants night sleep. Really impressed. The manager in particular is very helpful. Thankyou!!

We were met by a very attentive and friendly receptionist.  The room was clean, nicely laid out with the famous comfortable beds and it had all the amenities that we would expect to find in a Premier Inn room.  It was a relaxing comfortable stay as we always expect of Premier Inn. 

The premier inn was nice and clean, check in was very easy and the staff was friendly. Breakfast how ever was not so great. There was minimal food left by 9.30. If we booked again we would not book for breakfast as its not worth it for what you have on your plate. Sainsburys is across the road so we will be going there for breakfast nect time.

My parents are elderly my dad had a recent stroke the reception staff and staff in the brewers fayre were so caring kind helpful and went above and beyond to make my parents stay comfortable and enjoyable. 

two days at Portishead had a lovely stay lovely staff fast check inn lovely warm room clean and tidy couldn't ask for much more great food next door and lovely place to go the marina had a great stay will be coming back again

Hotel manager Lewis was great on checking in. Chloe really helped with our bookings for different rooms and family bookings and was a great help in the evening, thank you. Debbie was as great as always and was lovely seeing her again in the morning. Have stayed before and look forward to coming back soon and room request was actioned. Thank you all 

My family had a wonderful stay for a few days.Excellent warm service , nothing was too much trouble.Kind staff especially Janice, Amy and Gwen.
We are definately coming back again.I would highly recommend if your visiting Portishead.

As Anticipated. Exactly as required.

Booked one night, room requires a little updating, basically a little TLC.
Free parking which is great.   Breakfast was good,  But sadly the noise of a fan (I presume) stopped unpacking from sleeping.
Would stay again but would double check room location on arrival.

You know what you’re getting, good comfortable bed, plugs where you need them etc. pleasant staff in reception. Could do with updating as bathroom was a bit shabby but overall an ideal base for visiting family over the holiday period.  Very good breakfast at the attached Brewers Fayre.

Decent location, only 5 minutes walk to the Marina and all the shops and restaurants there.

Wifi wasn't working when I was there at all.

Room was clean and comfortable, and check-in staff were friendly and efficient. We only had one set of towels in the room, so had to request second set.  We slept well and the hotel was quiet.

The restaurant was very disappointing.  Crispy potato skin starters where pale and insipid,  and certainly not crispy.  Worse tho, was breakfast the next morning.  Crockery felt as though it had a residue of something over the surface.  I suspect the dishwasher needed a thorough clean.  The hot water dispenser was very dirty of the stainless steel front. The carpet near our table had remnants of the previous night's food still evident.  Some items were running out early in the breakfast sitting.  

I would be happy to book a room for overnight accommodation again,  but would think twice about booking for the restaurant. 

Mixed feelings 

Was booked into a room right by entrance on first floor asked to be moved further down the hall which they did oblige but during the process was told everyone complains about it so why put me in it… as a solo traveller I might have not complained. WiFi extremely poor and at times non existent. I had to ask to have a courtesy upgrade to the £5 super WiFi but that also was not working. Was told it was probably due lots of people using it. Seriously a business such as premier inn can’t afford to deliver what they advertise and improve their WiFi ?

We have used  Premier Inns on many occasions over the years... they have offered good value. Recently prices have been hiked to match better local establishments. In some cases DOUBLED in the last 12 months. The new "dynamic pricing" practice does not encourage early booking and has become a barrier. When one actually pays this higher price one expects a higher standard. On this occasion you failed to deliver despite the best efforts of your staff. The carpets throughout this hotel need a good clean....as do the furniture and fittings..... it is the minimum I would expect for £100 + a night.
