Warm welcome with numerous offers of tea and biscuits.Lovely comfortable room with everything we needed, plus an array of books and magazines.Our breakfast was probably one of the best we've had at a b&b - choice, quality and presentation was excellent. We also had the best view onto the garden, watching wild birds feed, and farm animals stretching their legs and voices!The host gave us fabulous recommendations for our evening meal which did not disappoint.

Stopped for one night as at a wedding nearby, room was very clean and cosy, not a huge room but just perfect for a one night stopover, very warm and super quiet at night, breakfast was very nice with eggs from the local chickens who just wondered around the gardens, very friendly owners who made you feel very welcome and a lovely well behaved pet dog...

It is always a pleasure to stay here, everything is just right, and it’s like being home away from home.Karen and Keith are both excellent hosts and cater to your every need (within reason) without drama whilst keeping very high standards around the property.I wouldn’t stay anywhere else whenever I’m in the area, the views are truly spectacular.

Everything was very good, breakfast was particularly good. Loved the view of the garden at breakfast with the birds at the bird feeder and the chickens and ducks running around. Keith made some suggestions about what to do which turned out to be excellent.

Visited after a couples day in Birmingham on a rare evening away from our children. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the host and the way the B&B was presented. We stayed in ‘waterside’ which has a view of the reservoir and the back garden which was beautifully kept and visited by local wildlife continuously! We saw various species of birds and even a couple of hares! The venue itself is located in the countryside, well away from roads and other buildings, which made it even more stunning. The room itself was lovely, clean and well-maintained. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone.

A very warm welcome, setting was beautiful and room lovely. Breakfast was superb. We would throughly recommend.

Brilliant stay. Came to the area to attend a wedding and host was extremely accommodating. Great breakfast in the morning with lots of choice and lovely full English.Lovely location too, with a homely feel.Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be staying there again if we are in the area!

Home Away From Home

Fantastic

A beautiful locatation accessed via a private road, you couldn't want for more scenic views. Inside and outside the propery is very well kept and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and our hosts were very warm and welcoming. My only slight disappointment was that the bed that we had was a little on the hard side, but it may have just been that bed and others may be more than happy. Nevertheless,  we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to go back again.

So glad that I came across The Dinney, this place has to be one of the best B&B’s in the country and I have stayed at a few.Karen and Keith are tremendous hosts, the location of the property has fantastic views and it is so peaceful being away from the main roads.Nothing was a bother for the hosts even when I arrived very late, there was a warm and welcoming atmosphere and they ensured I had everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible.This is in my opinion a 5 star B&B, it also has larger separate accommodation for families if you are considering holidaying in this area, and they also have an electric charge point with two outlets should you have an EV.

B&B and Holiday Gem

An overnight stay, comfy bed and good breakfast (fully served no buffet self service elements) Accommodating hosts. Our sat nav preferred taking us via an old farm track rather than the newly constructed accommodation driveway. Best to look out for the roadside signs rather than following the satnav. We had a different room to the named room booked, presumed them to be similar, bedroom adequate size with good views. Missing light bulb and early morning noise from adjacent rooms only negatives

Beautiful property set in a gorgeous location, near to Bridgnorth by car, or a lovely 7k walk, the room was spotlessly clean and the owners very accommodating and friendly, we will definitely love to retain and will be recommending to friends! It was also dog friendly, which was brilliant for us with our little Shih-Tzu

Brilliant stay! Beautiful B&B in the countryside

Lovely rustic yet modern place in a countryside setting. I really enjoyed the room, the service and the atmosphere of the property. Only negative was it took quite a while to heat up, maybe the insulation in the rooms needs improvement. We were a little chilly for the first few hours, despite the radiators being on full.

We had a fantastic weekend in the Kingfisher cottage. The cottage was lovely, warm and perfectly equipped so we could just relax and celebrate - the underfloor heating downstairs was a treat. The views from the cottage are far-reaching, once the fog had cleared, with plenty of walks, short and long, right from the cottage - no need to use a car if you dont want. The local pub did decent food and a nice pint of Guiness. 
What's not to like!
