This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel, I can honestly say this is a lovely hotel. The room was clean and tidy with a large bed and bathroom. We stayed for 2 days and had breakfast 2 mornings, both days we had the full English. Good ingredients and cooked well. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to the beach in Lowestoft.

Lovely hotel, nice, clean comfortable room with a sea view. Only downside are the noisey sea gulls nesting outside our window which woke us up. Surely something could be done to prevent this. However, saying that we would return and would recommend

Tranquil and calm break for anyone who wants to get away.

Spent just the 1 night here but really enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast excellent.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Beautiful decor from the entrance and lobby through to the bedroom and bathroom. The pictures don't do this hotel justice. Breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh. Will definitely be back in the future. 10/10

Great weekend away. Location was brilliant for us.  Ideal for parkrun! Hotel excellent - very large rooms, comfy bed, very clean. Excellent service throughout our stay.

Clean, friendly, welcoming and a perfect location for the beach.

Booked a stay here to celebrate my husbands Birthday. The hotel was extremely clean , beautiful decorated . There is a lift which was a bonus as my husband has a disability and finds stairs difficult . Our bedroom and bathroom were vey roomy . Breakfast was great .

Lovely boutique hotel for bed and breakfast. We had a twin sea view room, very spacious room and bathroom, clean and comfortable, good decor. Good selection of cereals, jams and fresh fruit. Or full English for breakfast. Friendly staff. Was able to park on the road outside, but there is a pay and display car park opposite. Recommended.

Lovely room with sea view

Lovely big bedroom with comfortable bed. Our hosts were friendly. A wide choice of breakfast items. The hotel is very conveniently situated for the seafront and South Lowestoft. Parking was easy and free on the street outside However the weather was poor so if more people were at the beach it might have been more difficult. The carpark is tight opposite though and only £4 for the whole day. Our one criticism would be - no shelf in the shower for toiletries. A very pleasant stay.

Stunning hotel opposite the Claremont pier.  This has been refurbished recently to a high standard,  our sea view room was perfect.  Very spacious with a glorious view,  very clean & comfortable with a huge bathroom!   Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of cereals & a full English.  We would definitely return.

Gorgeous hotel,  perfectly situated.

A really nice hotel. Everything about this place was a positive experience, from the warm helpful staff, to the lovely room with a sea view. Great location, on the sea front and near all the local facilities, but not too near, if you know what I mean. 
There's also a large public car park opposite if you don't manage to find street parking.
I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed for 1 night for work. Easy to find. Free parking outside ( & paid car park opposite the front door if not )

A lift to all floors which is great if lots of luggage 

Really nicely decorated & spotlessly clean

I had a Seaview room which was great. A nice chair & stool to sit and watch the waves etc

Central to everything with bars, restaurants , amusements, convenience store on your doorstep and no car needed

Staff great & very helpful 

Breakfast was really good and great coffee / toast ( I had full English minus tomato but options to choose from ,& cereal, juice etc)

Great value for money. Already recommended to friends ( although I was visiting for work and it was perfect )

A little gem, great staff/ location/ value

We had a lovely stay at this hotel easy to get to, great location opposite the pier over looking the seafront.our room was immaculate, and tastefully decorated. Lovely welcoming reception area and breakfast room. We had a full English in the morning which was delicious. The owners were very friendly and helpful . We would absolutely recommend staying here

Weekend stay

We had a lovely time as a family of three. We had a sea view room with a large bed and a sofa bed for our 3yo. Good for others to note that bed guards aren’t included so pack yours! Lovely clean modern hotel, with good access to amenities and entertainment. Breakfast was also delicious! We shall come back!

Lovely family stay!

This hotel was the perfect choice for our stay in Lowestoft.  We bought bikes with us and the hotel happily provided a secure place to store them.  The room was very comfortable indeed and we slept well, and the bathroom was a good size.  The breakfast was very good, with table service, and they kindly cooked vegetarian sausages for us as we said we didn't want meat.

A comfortable stay in a very accommodating hotel

Stayed overnight, initially we were a little disappointed with the room , because it was quite sparse - no where to put anything so we had to use the floor. However, after viewing the bathroom we realised that this was geared up for customers with mobility issues and its setup made sense. So all forgiven. Breakfast was superb, cooked to perfection and the staff could not have been more helpful. Would have no hesitation staying here again.
