This Guest House was perfect for our stay in Seahouses. The owner gave us clear instructions on booking in and was friendly and helpful.  The room was lovely and has everything we needed, including a fridge. The en suite was large and beautifully decorated, with an excellent supply of toiletries, large bottled of hand-wash, soap/shampoo and body lotion, along with cotton buds, tissue and cotton wool pads. The bed was large and comfy.  
The position of this guest house is perfect with a Coop next door and restaurants around the corner.  Even with limited mobility, I could walk to the harbour. 
I would highly recommend this guest house. Seahouses is also a perfect base to easily see other sights in Northumbria, such as Alnwick, Holy Island and Bamburgh.

This establishment is now 'room only' with no breakfast (older reviews here rave about the breakfast)  However that was OK (the butcher round the corner does an excellent bacon roll if that's all you fancy).
Self check in was easy and we got in to the room early.  
The room was spacious and the bathroom larger than usual.  Nice to have a bath although the hot water takes ages to run through.  Nice soap / lotion available.
Plenty of tea / coffee/ milk etc available.  
Allocated parking was helpful and the location is ideal, easy to find and just a few minutes from restaurants / shops / harbour etc.


Can't fault it! Scuba diving with the Farne Islands seals 😁 
Travelled all the way up from west wales to dive with the seals for a week (which was spectacular - serenity boats). 
Horncliffe guesthouse... Quick and easy booking. Received sms before arrival with instructions, parking, room number etc.
Easy to find, great parking, convenient to shops, eateries, pubs and the harbour. Drove my car down to the harbour daily as had a bit of kit. Its a five minute walk otherwise.
Warm welcome, warm throughout, just right. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Fluffy clean towels, super comfy bed with crisp clean bedding. Good facilities in room, kettle, hair dryer, plenty of tea coffee etc. Toiletries supplied were yummy (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap). Lovely big shower (in rm2, rm1 had a bath/shower). Big towel rail, perfect to drying some damp kit each night.
Smart TV had Netflix, amazon prime and others. WiFi throughout. USB charging points in the sockets. 
Breakfast, deliscious! Served from 8am. I went for toast, tea, juice, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Plenty of options on the menu.
A very good price compared to others in the area. I will be back and encourage more of the club to stay here too. Fantastic! 

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped room. Great en-suite shower room. Excellent choice, quantity and quality of breakfast. Free wi-fi. Very helpful and friendly owner. Convenient on site parking. Great location in Seahouses -  close to shops, pubs, restaurants, bus stop and other amenities. Seahouses is a great base to explore Northumberland.

On arrival I received the warmest welcome with a big smile and friendliness. 
Kirsty is a lovely host and nothing was to much trouble.
The accommodation is situated on the main bus route,  close to amenities pubs & shops and a stones throw from the harbour it was the ideal location. 
My room. Was immaculate beautifully presented and spotlessly clean tea abd coffee facility's,  throws and cushions   large shower in the beautiful bathroom.
The bed was the most comfy I think I've ever had in a B & B and the bedding of a high quality.
Breakfast was pre ordered and Kirsty would always ask about your day before and day ahead and advise on busses etc  and genuinely take an interest in your time .

On the one rainy night in my 4 day stay I was delighted to find Netflix and amazon prime films on the smart TV. 

On my last day ( which was my birthday )
I asked Kirsty if I could have a friend who was camping join me  for breakfast   she said of course straight away , again no trouble for her at all.
My stay at Horncliffe gets 5 stats out of 5 and I would defanitly book again and again and again.

10/10 modern large bedroom with en suite. Comfortable cost bed. Excellent large choice of breakfast. Good   location with parking . Couldn’t fault it. Hostess was very friendly & welcoming. Good price. Will come again.

I have stayed at Horncliffe on a number of occasions pre-COVID and was very happy to be back last week for some diving. After a long day out on the water, there is nothing better than falling into a bed that hugs you, knowing that you have a fab breakfast in the morning to fill you for the day. Looking forward to being back next year.

What can I say it was absolutely beautiful from the minute you walk in the place smelled lovely it was immaculate very tastefully decorated throughout, we had the superior king room it was fantastic. The bed was soooo comfortable the bathroom was gorgeous the whole room was fab.  It was big with lots of tea and coffee biscuits etc.  The breakfast was really good choice and great quality.  Kirsty the host was so warm and welcoming she recommended places to eat which were fab. We will defo be back.

Absolutely amazing stay at Horncliffe. The room was immaculately decorated and Spotlessly clean. Fantastic bathroom with bath and shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding smelt amazing! I even asked Kirsty which washing powder she used!  The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Kirsty also catered for my Gluten intolerance. Could not find fault with this fantastic Guest House. Do not hesitate book to stay in this little gem of a place when you are in the area.

Absolutely Brilliant

We got a fabulous warm welcome from Kirsty, then walked in to the bedroom and said WOW. The bathroom got a double WOW!  The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with quality produce.  Kirsty was a lovely welcoming host who couldn't do enough for you and who keeps an extremely clean and comfortable B&B.  Already planning our return trip.
